"Years later, looking back on the Snail affair, Mary could never be entirely sure that she had done the right thing. Or, at least, that she had done it in the best possible way, In a sense she had 'won' - they had got rid of Snail - but the cost of this 'victory' was heavy indeed."

Livro didático sobre gestão pública com a intenção de trazer temas e olhares modernos. Achei muito interessante por mostrar a complexidade da área, trazer "cases" práticos e citações de atores da área.
Infelizmente centrado em países desenvolvidos, mas trás referências para quem quer informações sobre países em desenvolvimento.
