[Siren Ménage Everlasting: Erotic Paranormal Ménage a Trois Romance, M/F/M, M/M elements not involving the heroes, dragons, werewolves, consensual BDSM, whipping, spanking, HEA]
Lina thought surviving her Yellowstone vacation was hairy. She doesn't even have time to enjoy her newly discovered powers with her two hunky dragons before they and Brodey Lyall's wolf pack must band together again to find out who's responsible for grisly dragon murders.
As Lina finds out how deeply their tragic past is entwined with the present, new allies join their quest to hunt down the killer before he can strike again. But the more Lina learns about the past, the more questions she has.
In their transcontinental journey for justice against the vengeful and psychopathic cockatrice, Lina and her ever-expanding adopted clan have to rely not just on her random and unreliable incendiary powers, but on the skills and memory of a sadomasochistic immortal. The future happiness of the Lyall brothers depends on it, as do all their lives.
And she doesn't even have a Goddess 101 handbook.
Note: There is no sexual relationship or touching for titillation between or among siblings.
Note: This book ends on a cliffhanger and the story continues in the Triple Trouble series.

It was a good story, but... She did a good job of describing Lina as a size 16, plus-size, BBW at the beginning, but then ... She left readers who love big beautiful women (BBW's) behind, without sharing her beautiful curves again throughout most of the book, she only brought it up maybe once, or twice more. A very underutilized plot device, that totally undermined having a BBW heroine.
Three dragons dancing attendance, a best friend through the centuries and a sudden wealth of family, what more could an orphaned girl want? We are back in the world of Baba Yaga, dragons, werewolves and more. Lina is back with her two hot dragon men, Jan and Rick.
Lina is the human reincarnation of the Goddess. This time around, she remembers her past lives and is ready for the confrontation against the cockatrice. What is a cockatrice? Apparently it's a two-legged dragon with the head of a rooster and it's mean, jealous, greedy, malicious and petty. There isn't a single redeeming quality in the cockatrice. Their goal? Destroy all other shifters and dominate the world.
Lina and her allies, the werewolves, are here to stop the cockatrice once and for all. This latest installment answers many questions and shows how this all began. It seems as if Baba Yaga isn't as objective as she's supposed to be. She continues to answers questions in riddles. We are introduced to her sisters and see how they are tangled into helping to stop the cockatrice.
A new character who I really enjoyed was Callie. She is Baba Yaga's younger sister. Her interaction with Daniel Blackestone turned the heat up from zero to sixty in a blink of an eye. Daniel is an alpha male who makes me wet. Their struggle to see who comes out on top was hot. The sex was just how I like it - rough. This tangent could have thrown the story off; instead, it enhanced it for me. It showed another part to the world which helped move us closer to the end game.
I have to admit, I didn't like Lina so much the first part of this story. She was a bit too whiny for me. I was more interested in learning about the Tablet of Trammel. The mystery of solving how it came to be, where it was and what it did fascinated me. Tying in the wolves from Triple Trouble has me all excited. This takes place before the Lyall triplets, Ain, Brodey, and Cail find their mate. The way Ms. Dalton ties all the threads together is such a pleasure. It's like watching a 500 piece puzzle being put together. However, there are still several questions I want answered, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the next Triple Trouble book.
The last part of the book really did it for me. Lina stepped it up and stopped being so pitiful. She seems to have come into her own and is part of the solution. She's less afraid and more willing to learn about her past. She's also becoming a leader and protector rather than just the one that needs to be protected. This is what makes her more appealing to me. Lastly, I want to know if Baba Yaga ends up with a happily ever after. The hints throughout the book have me questioning her true relationship with Zach. There is one passage which moved my heart and made me gasp. I think I know the answer; I just want Ms. Dalton to validate it in the end game. I highly recommend this story to paranormal lovers who enjoy dragons, werewolves and shifters, oh my!
From Florida to Bolivia, Lina’s past and future collide to make for one hell of an adventure. Seeing her past lives and preparing for a battle in the future has Lina really cranky. Throw in her two hot dragon shifter mates, her gorgeous Watcher, and her many other adopted family members and you have a recipe for love and laughter and a little bit of heartache all rolled into this book.
I love that Lina can hold her own with all the mess that is going on in her life. Adjusting to all her super Goddess powers, dealing with the not so helpful Baba Yaga, playing referee between her dragons, and trying to thwart evil from taking over has her tired and ready to just blow shit up. She is strong and becoming a regular bad ass and all her men want to do is protect her. Her sarcastic sense of humor lightens the mood when everything goes to shit, and you realize that she is not some wilting flower who will hide behind everyone else no matter how much they want her to.
The men in this book are oh so hot. Jan and Rick are sweet dragon shifters who are your typical siblings. They are arguing over most things, but they both agree on how much they love Lina and want to protect her from all the bad things coming. Zach is a man after my own heart. He adores his Goddess and is her soul mate in so many ways. He too has a fantastic sense of humor, but is fierce in his love for Lina and his mate Kael. Zach and Lina have loved and lived with one another throughout time and this book gives a better understanding of how they became who they are and an insight into why they need each other so much.
This book introduced new characters and prepared us for the battles to come in future books. I think this was an excellent addition and can’t wait to see what happens to next. Tymber has woven a fantastic web of love, lies, and kick ass women. I cannot wait for the next one!
*This book needs to be read as a part of the series. It is not a stand alone.
Fire and Ice Lina, the two dragon shifters, Jan and Rick, werewolf Brody, and Zach have just escaped the Yellowstone vacation being persuade by the cockatrice. Lina has found out that she is a goddess but she has no control of how to use her power. Zach has also been with her from the moment he and Lina were born. When Lina was born in the present time, he was there to protect her and to informed her of her past.
During her journey from the East Coast to Britain, Lina is discovering from her recessive memory that Jan and Rick were her husbands in her first past life. They are to remain together if they are to defeat the cockatrice from taking over the world.
Fire and Ice has a very good storyline but the dialogue between characters needs works. The sex scene dialogues felt as if they were forced and a bit unrealistic in the bedroom. Lina from time to time, would be assertive and then submissive. Her personality isn't consistence in her relationship with Jan and Rick. Her past life shows more of her character and personality consistence and strong.
The narrator, Veronica Heart's performance was a bit wooden. There were no real emotional for the characters except when they are angry and irritated. In the BDSM scene with Callie and Daniel, the dialogue was just too unbearable to me. Daniel sounds like he was going through the motion and don't really care about Callie. Maybe the words are better being read than narrated.
I was given this audiobook by the narrator via Audiobook Blast in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated or influenced in any way for writing this review.
I like the first 2 of the books in this series, and I absoutely LOVE the Triple Trouble books, but this one really brought home all the things I DIDN'T like about the first two (Steam and Boiling Point). I liked the stories themselves, but they almost can't be classified as romance because the heroine and her twin heroes are only in the same scenes if they are having sex. She spends most of her time out of the bedroom with every other character in the books, and what little time she does spend with the men, she is just ordering them around or disparaging them. Now I love a good man bashing session as much as the next woman, but there is literally NO love between the main characters. They never have any conversation or really get to know one another at all. They just meet, then are destined to be together and thats it. Also, Dalton spends no time giving any insight into the twins, but you ALWAYS know what the "Goddess" is thinking (or whining) about. The books seem more about her discovery of her goddess powers than a romance with her poor mates, who come off more a secondary characters (and not even ones that help move the story along!) than heroes. Its so sad, because the Triple Trouble books are just so amazing, and she really delves into all THREE of the triplets and their mate, why they are the way they are, the issues they have as they discover one another, etc..., which makes for a much more interesting read.
Tymber is a wonderfully skilled writer that created a fun, erotic and exciting addition to the Triple Trouble series. I've read each in the series and simply LOVED each one of them. This book gives more of a clarity to the many souls that are reunited again throughout the ages. Love is never lost, friendship never faded and loyalty still as strong! I plan to reread the series in the order listed by Tymber so I can get the fullest benefit and enjoyment of them all. An excellent series that is very addictive (and I cannot forget) packed full of hot paranormal's :)
