Push is a quick read filled with decent ideas. Most are common sense things that we need someone to remind us to do, but you'll probably find a couple ideas that really motivate you. My favorite idea was finding individuals on LinkedIn who have the job you want and using their profiles to get a feel for the steps/time commitment it will take to get where they are.
Not completely worthless, and if you get it for free, it's definitely worth the price. ;-) I'm online all day, every day, and I've found a few tips in here that were useful, and that prompted me to immediately update my LinkedIn profile.
