SHORT REVIEW: The joke here, sadly, is mostly the poor editing. Perhaps the editor was drunk?

VERDICT: 1.5 stars, rounded up to 2--but only because I've seen far worse joke collections. With proper attention to editing, this could've been an actual 2.5 or more stars, even with no actual LOLs.

DETAILS:

PROS (?): A lot of jokes--of varying but mostly middling quality. Perhaps they would be funnier if you were... drunk.

NEUTRALS: Many of the jokes were not especially funny. But no deductions, as individual tastes will vary.

CONS: Lack of good editing & layout. Several jokes were repeated. Some were cut off mid-sentence, or otherwise incomplete. This quickly became annoying. Inexplicably (or, possibly due to an inebriated editor), several jokes were not about alcohol, bars, or drinking at all.
