Well organized coaching program, interesting tools, and especially easy to read thanks to the numerous testimonies and examples. Will definitely hold on to it.

This is such a practical and insightful book! I found the exercise of writing a letter from the future very powerful. The combination of real stories, psychological theory and technique and practical wisdom made it impossible to put down.
