Unbelievable rescue!
What's team has gotten so much better at working together! The are lucky that none of them have been harmed by these dangerous individuals that they have to find ways to put down!

Wow! It was bittersweet to read this. There is a lot to think about. The action never seems to stop in this book and it's kind of a shock when the book ends. I didn't expect so much to happen in it and it feels like a let down when it's over despite it being a fantastic book but I guess that's what good books do, take you on an emotional roller coaster. Ava is an amazing main character, she's smart, gutsy, stubborn, intuitive, quick on her feet and persistent. The other characters all help to make a wonderful team that works well together. One really nice thing is to see people willing to help Ava. I hope we get to see some characters again like the undercover agent. It felt more graphic in this book. This is a wonderful series and I really hope to hear more about Ava's adventures.

What's Happening?
The story was really hard to read and know that it is actually happening to people. I was wondering how the characters could do what they need to do to stop this from happening and feel safe for themselves and the ones they saved. Ava now has her mother and best friend home. Hopefully all goes well for all of them. I loved that the story turned out as it did.

Eye opening drug & human trafficking
A page turning story of human trafficking that provides insight of this world that that truly does exist. FBI Eva finally is allowed to directly be involved in searching for her mother and dear friend, Molly, who disappeared while Eva and her were in Prague celebrating Eva 8 years ago. Eva’s Mom has disappeared a year ago as a United Nation official in search of Molly and to expose human trafficking worldwide operations.

I have read all of A. J. Rivers series on Ava James. They were all very good books in the series, but The Rescue was amazing. I read the whole book in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. I even teared up when Ave saw her Mother, and when she found Molly. This was the best out of all of them. Can’t wait to start the second series on Ava James. Thanks A.J. for keeping me entertained with all the great stories your writing. 😎

Kept me on pins and needles
I love how Ava never gave up hope, and the methodical way she plotted the course of the traffickers. Scary how things like this could happen. Ms Rivers truly knows how to spin a tale of hope, suspense and the love of family that gets us through the worst.

The Rescue( Ava James FBI Mystery Book 7)
OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I totally loved this book, I am so happy that Ava got her mother and her best friend back. I would live to hear more about Molly and her recovery. I hope that Elizabeth and her best friend can finally put the past behind them and become best friends again. I can't wait for season 2.

Tough
This was a tough one to read because the story isn’t a fairytale but so heartbreaking what happens when bad people do horrendous things to other humans. I couldn’t stop reading until the end. As always with Rivers I’m surprised & disappointed to read the last word. You won’t be disappointed!

Great ending to season 1.
I really liked the Ava James series and the spotlight on the huge problem human trafficking has become. I liked the ending with hope and still showing the long hard road those rescued from trafficking have to travel to true physical and mental health. Thanks for an exciting series, can’t wait for season 2.

Can't wait for the next book. I love all A.J. Rivers books.
I enjoy reading all the Ava James books. I especially like all the characters in the books and how they all interact with each other. Once I start reading I have difficult time putting the book down. Love these books.

Excellent book., on human trafficking.
This is a excellent book, as all hers are. The fact that this is truly happening all over the world is disturbing. There is some very sad things done to victims and you will want to know that is a hard part of story. The characters are great and it’s a captivating read.

Completely obsessed with this author. Read the whole Emma Griffin series that has been released, started reading Ava James series while waiting for the Next Emma book And now I'm hooked on that too. I didn't think the Ava books would be as good as Emma's but I have been pleasantly surprised! A.J. Rivers couldn't write a bad book if she wanted to. I'm endlessly obsessed!

Perfect!
This is the perfect ending to a fantastic series. I enjoyed every Ava James book, and this is my favorite. They all built up to this action-filled ending. I'd say more, but don't want to risk a spoiler.

I always enjoy A.J’s work but this one was an especially good story. It was nice to see Ava get closure from the past, and her character development was obvious from the first book till this one. I hope we get more of her! Thank you!

The Rescue was a fitting finale for the first season of the Ava James Series. Lots of excitement and lots of wondering what would happen next. I hope next season will let us know about Molly’s recovery as well as have more exciting Ava adventures. Keep up the great work, A. J!

Good characters and storyline
I like Rivers' writing. The storyline so far is very real and somewhat disturbing (human trafficking). I would very much lime to read a second season James.

It was wonderful to have Molly found and I look forward to seeing her healing process in future books! This is a wonderful series of books—they quickly acquaint you with the characters and draw you into the story.

I’ve read every book by AJ Rivers and have enjoyed getting to know the characters. This last book in season 1 was uncomfortable to read at times- but only due to how devastating and dark human trafficking can be. Please keep writing, AJ.

So very sad
I think that this story is very sad not a feel good ending, but human trafficking is a real problem , the author did a good job telling the awful side of life , pray that the people involved in this , will be brought to justice .

So far A J Rivers has not disappointed in keeping the suspense going. I highly recommend this author to anyone that hasn't read any of their work. You will not be sorry you did!

Incredible!
A satisfying read! I enjoyed it from start to finish! Definitely gives closure to a few things in previous books. Also, introducing a new character from a different office that works very well with the team.
