Samantha and Jason are again called into service by the higher athorities. This time to fill a contract that has Samantha almost to the point of rebelling. She and her 'cute little ghost' must get her brother Michael together with his one and only love Jenice Andersen. After seeing how Jenice treated her former fiance Samantha just knows she will hurt her brother too and it is only because of the eternal contract that must be filled between the thwo that she agrees. Little does she know that this will be the adventure of either lifetime for her. She has to deal with a 300 year old ghostly sea captain who refused to cross over, a writer who lost his eternal love before they could be married and a murderous ex=husband. All of this while fighting her own feelings against Jenice and a hurricaine that rocks the whole place. This is really quite an adventure story and is very well written. Highly recommended reading.

Samantha and Jason are offered positions of Special Conditions Coordinators taking over the jobs that Gus and Maggie have done. GREAT! However, Samantha's hands are tied when she learns that her brother Michael and Jenice Anderson are bound together by contract. The SCC are assigned to make sure that happens. The thing is, Samantha bitterly hates Jenice. Other characters like Captain Blake, an angel who refuses to cross over, really make the story fun. There's some really great suspense too.
