Destiny Disrupted

Rate this book
Life sucks for Shiloh Trudell. And being a demon hunter who’s in love with a cocky half-demon makes things even suckier. To complicate matters, witches from the local coven are mysteriously turning up dead, and as Shiloh searches for answers, she confronts her worst nightmare…Trent is being blackmailed into becoming the next leader of the Underworld.
Warned to stay away from the only boy she’s ever loved, she can’t ignore the sizzling attraction that ignites whenever they’re around one another. Especially after a swoon-inducing night of stolen passion. As Shiloh’s world begins to unravel around her, it soon becomes obvious that her destiny lies in one of two choices: vanquish Trent or join him in the Underworld.

This book is the best of the five. I loved it. a lot I'd Adventure, Danger, love story of course, deception and violence.
Shiloh has finally formed her coven with Brittany and Ari. they are supposed to be the three most powerful witches to ever be. although some of the other girls from the founding families have formed overblown coven and are using magic but I think dark magic they will be no match for these three . Trent has finally gone total dark side . Shiloh hates but loves him still and just doesn't no what to do. this saving him thing I think she needs to give up on. he's insistent she just make a choice. Sutton comes into the picture finally. you'll have to read that. I'm not giving it away.
there's so much to this book that makes it so good but I'm not giving anything away be cause it's most of the answers we've been waiting on since book four.
as for Raze I think him and Shiloh should be together. fallen or not. he's still a good guy and sounds yummy.
yea ,yea so does Trent but he's evil. Shiloh has finally.ally Bern cleansed of her darkness thanks to her mom and Raze so he's the better choice in my book.
Trent dark side needs vanquished and Shiloh needs to get on board unless there's some secret we still don't no. well she thinks he needs vanquished but can she do that? I don't think so.
you just need to read this book I'm not giving anything away and to tell anything then you won't need to read it I'll have answered all those questions from book four.
so read it!
as for the ending yes you just want to smack 's Soule in the head especially since there's no book six yet.
so if you haven't figured it out....there's so much unanswered yet again.
I can do cliffhangers but these no. there just too abrupt . always when something really bad is happening then bam we got nothing.
I need book six now!!
So.f you've read the rest I'm sure I don't need to tell you to read this. you already want to.
if you haven't read the books yet. read them. no disappointment here except for I have not got the next book to read only because it's not released.

I was given this book for a honest review.

I am not even sure I can convey how much I love Sherry Soule and this series. These are young adult paranormal stories that as an adult I could not get enough of.
Shiloh is a great character with a messed up life. She is sixteen and should be enjoying life as a teenager, but has to deal with demons, fairies, and other witches. I felt sorry for all the hoops she has to jump through just to get through a day in her life. She also has the most amazing friends a teenager can ask for. Trent and Ari have her back at every turn and her mentor, Evans, supports her more than anyone else.
The relationship between Trent and Shiloh is steamy, especially for being such young love. There were times that I wish (as a mother) they had more adult supervision, it may have saved some of the fighting, but they were definitely more mature than their age. I also wish that Shiloh had stood up for herself a little more with Trent. All he had to do was kiss her or touch her and she melted and went along with whatever he was suggesting. Maybe that is a teenage girl thing.
I started with book one and have anxiously been waiting for each of the other books to be released. Destiny Disrupted is book five of this series and is my favorite so far. They play like a movie in my mind, with the great descriptions of the characters and the scenery. I cannot recommend this series enough… start with book one and read the entire series and you will not be disappointed.
