I'm so grateful I stumbled across this book. I really liked how this book was structured and how I was able to learn a lot about myself with the help of the little "exercises" through-out the book.
The writing was so beautiful and the message of this work was inspiring and motivating.
I also loved that the audio book was narrated by the author. Would absolutely recommend picking this book up. It made me feel light and happy. A five star read.
