Well, this does nothing for me. Lots of verses, lots of illustrations w/ details, lots of silliness. If there's a point, I'm missing it. But judging by the condition of this library book, some people love it. Eh, I won't try to rate.
This book was very strange. Some parts were kind of cute, but overall I didn't like it at all. Weird and kind of creepy or something. Not wild on the illustrations, either.
This fictional, humorous story provides its audience with an adventure-filled plot of pigs that can do just about anything. The rhyming words and detailed pictures provide an easy reading experience for elementary-aged children. I enjoyed reading this story and loved the characters that were in it.
I gotta give this 5 stars. It was funny and cute. But most surprisingly, it has a real anti-war message that shows up as part of how the can-do pigs live. I loved that, and I have rarely found anything like it in children's books. Bravo.
I love this children's book - have read it a million times to my four kids. My paperback copy in pretty worn out. I've always wanted a super-dooper can-do pig!! Love the rhyming and the illustrations - a very fun read.
A classic. This book is nice for reading to groups because it's quite long, but can be shortened so easily just by skipping a few pages as the "amazing" Can-Do Pigs excel at a variety of awesome, random things.
