Some good tips, but some very bad ones as well. Such as using wasp spray or throwing a knife for self-defense.

I had already read the ultimate survival guide and I got the urban survival guide not to long ago and figured if it was half as good it was worth taking a look at. It isn't a survival guide for people who want to survive in the wilderness its for the person who is caught off-guard with a problem that can more than likely pertain to other humans. It tells about how to survive situations such as car jacking's robbers getting hit by a car and left for dead or being bitten by a poisonous snake in an urban area. It gives various useful tips and tools that will help you survive these situations I personally didn't like this survival guide as much as the ultimate survival guide because it didn't have any wilderness survival techniques which are what I am more interested in but it was still worth while to read. And know that you would be better off if one of these situations were to occur at any point in time. So I would most likely recommend this book to a city slicker.
