Jeremy Dixon- the founder of the health-focused Revive cafes found in Auckland CBD has created a great series of cookbooks for even the most basic level chef. Inspired by a 10 day health retreat he converted to a healthy lifestyle including fueling with feel good food and desire of sharing this with others in order to sustain a better life with vitality.
What's great is that these recipes are actually simple and still flavourful with an abundance of spices and great ingredients. Also, there are clear recurrent ingredients so you aren't buying obscure ingredients that you use once and then never again. A great range too including salads, hotpot/ stirfries, mains, soups etc.
A fan of the little recipe intros above the title and little boxes at the bottom with ingredient and cooking tips- both interesting and useful. A huge fan of the mix and match recipe flowcharts at the end- including:

Overall a truly great overarching philosophy and one to aspire to. Side note: Inspired to return to the cafe but more to actually make it at home.
