Pretty good book definitely some gems in it, a lot of less important info and less up to date on some social media stuff. I think as far as sales books go its pretty good and avoids cheesy ideas that make you roll your eyes. It is more practical and less attitude and ideal driven which is nice as it gives you real step by step info. I would recommend it.

This is a great book. Jack Cotton has to be one of the nicest and most congenial people in real estate. He shares his story and his systems in a simple, down to earth way. He also has videos on YouTube and subscription emails that showcase more of his approachable style and methods to selling luxury real estate.

I always appreciate hearing how successful people run their businesses. Jack Cotton does a great job of explaining how he differentiates himself in his market, his customer service doctrine and a lot of ideas.

This is a great reference book for any real estate professional. His pricing strategy on difficult properties is a great way to show sellers why you charge what you do.
