Here it is, February of 2007, three years since my diagnosis. Time flies when you re having fun. Cancer seems like a dream now. I can t really imagine that it really happened to me. To many people (most people, probably), cancer is still a really big word, and it is to me just not MY cancer. I still love to share my experiences with people. I begin with, It was so fun, which draws a confused look that says, You had CANCER, right?! I mean, every second of the experience wasn t happy-go-lucky, but when I look back on 2004, it was great (and FUN). Steph Doyle
Stephanie has a wonderful outlook on life, even amongst what others would view as a devastating trial. I loved reading it and hung on every word. She needs to write more books!!
I love Steph, meet her on a trip to Europe and every bit of her book reminds me of her awesome personality! The book explains cancer from a perspective I never imagined.
Fresh, quirky, and uplifting. Stylistically reads more like a blog, so it isn't the most sophisticated literature, but it is thoroughly honest and full of personality.
