I actually found that what the author has to say regarding the gospel/how it tied into her points was much more compelling than the opinions independent of religion.

Most of the author’s suggestions are things that are pretty unrealistic & awkward (which she acknowledges, a lot). I found her suggestions to be largely unhelpful, but the overall sentiment of the book is good.
