Crystal Ward of course did it again! I absolutely adore these characters, even the ones I'm supposed to hate. If you love books that create a new world then this is the books for you. The storyline and plot are original. I promise you haven't read anything like this before. Not to mention the cover is fabulous! If you haven't read Supernova yet go get it! When your done have a go at this one. I promise you will be dying for the third installment!
Hea y'all Anne here with my long awaited review for Tsunami Book 2 in the Supernova Saga. And let me tell ya if you thought Supernova was exciting and gripping you ain't seen nothing yet. Evania the lead female character has accepted her role as a Guardian and her powers are coming in strong and heavy. Her acceptance not only of her fate in life but also the role she must play is crucial in keeping herself and her mate safe. Evania and Desmond are on the move to fulfill their Guardian roles and protect the world from the darkest most dangerous evils. Hunter becomes prey and prey becomes the hunter as Equals square off and lives are lost. Evania loves Desmond with all of her heart and she is passionate about showing him and telling him as much as needed. But when push comes to shove and Equals are in the fold the fury blinds one to all but the preservation of love and life of her other half. Evania and Desmond take us on a journey not soon forgotten as they travel the world searching out their equals and the evil they radiate. The author paints beautiful scenes of far away places I can only dream to see one day. Desmond has collected a scrap book of his favorite places and he intends to show his beautiful Evania each one and add her beauty to the portraits. The friendships forged in Book 1 will grow stronger and some will be tested while others will be destroyed by anger and viscous acts of malice and treachery. I cried, I laughed, my heart ached and my mind raged wanting to reach into the pages and help so many times that I was emotionally drained after reading Tsunami. The turmoil and energy never hits a dull point as the story unfolds you can only fall more in love with this series and the characters we've grown attached to already. The characters built in book 1 flourish in book 2 and take on a whole new dynamic as new dangers unfold and plot twists leave you gasping and tearful for the Guardian pairs. The fight scenes are dangerous and scary, as one wrong move can not only end the lives of the guardians but the reverberations of the actions become tragic and heart breaking. The Equals show more face in Tsunami and oh how I love to hate these Equals. I want to snatch them off the pages and fight them myself for the things they do and the pain they cause. In the end I couldn't love book 2 anymore because it's the perfect sequel to Supernova and keeps your heart racing, not only from intense love and emotion but also from sheer hate and loathing the author has introduced via the Equals. 5 out of 5 stars for Tsunami book 2 int he Supernova Saga... Just wait for the action to start and hold your breath as it never ends..
This was awesome! Great work Crystal. This is a great 2nd book. The main character, Evania, finally grows into her own as a Guardian. Her love with Des is cemented. Great fight scenes ensue. Read this!! I can't wait for #3.
