With 280 pages, 820 drink recipes, of course I did not read the whole thing cover to cover. But you know what? Eventually I'll probably have done just that. It's a wonderfully presented colourful book with mouth-watering pictures, clear descriptions, and cleverly organised. You're reading about one drink, and then Oooh! What's this one? I'll try that one next!

Also featured in this book is a section titled "Bar Basics" to help new home bartenders get set up. Covered are: Tools & Equipment, Glassware, Bar essentials, Bar terms, General Advice, Easy techniques, Flavors & Garnishes, and finally, Party Planning.

Anyone who enjoys drinking, or is looking to try something new, preparing for a big party, or just plain curious about the seemingly endless cocktail possibilities, should seek out this book.

Cheers!
