She woke up in a hospital room, barely able to remember her own name. What secrets are hidden within Susan Thorton’s mind? What terrible accident brought her here? Dean Koontz made a mistake with this one. The conversations were stilted and difficult to believe. Couldn't finish it as an audiobook.

Loved it first time I ever read a thriller really (haven’t been reading long in fairness). Don’t have much to judge against but I was engaged the whole way through, great book imo.

Hallways of horror and hallucinations leave the protagonist balancing madness and sanity on the edge of a blade. The eerie world, Koontz created transported me with wicked suspense right to the twisted end.

Recommended for Koontz fans.
