An incredible book for those who are facing stress - I found it incredibly useful, and will be rereading it again later to make sure I have attempted all 50 things.
Not sure why it has such a low rating - it's a very helpful read, I believe.
I enjoyed perusing Chapters 6-7 on herbal medicines and DIY complementary therapies. And where but on page 59 would I ever learn the number of grams of fat in a cheese and pickle sandwich (10 g)?
