This in-world handbook promises to make all who read it a lot more righteous and a heck of a lot less wrongteous.

I hoped this would be remotely written like the show but instead is just random life lessons that don't sound in-character at all (despite the bubbles coming from Finn and Jake's mouths). There's not really any original art, either - it's mostly weirdly low-quality screenshots directly taken from episodes. They could have at least gotten an HD copy to snag 'em from!

this rule book is completely handy in times of doubt. for example: it informs you on how to make friends, working, how to have fun, becoming the next harry potter, and it even talks about relationships. what a book of all trades.

Really disappointing. Just avoid and make up a mathematical story in your head to replace this poor attempt.

You know what's worse than a clip show episode of a TV series? A book ABOUT a clip show - that's basically what this is - Jake and Finn are having a dialog where they incessantly reference specific episodes from the TV series (complete with a couple of cels from each show strewn across the right-hand pages - the left-hand pages are saved for the voluminous dialog balloons), theoretically to cover a variety of topics, but it seems more like it's an excuse for the references, not a rationale.
On the bright side, the dialog is pretty well aligned with the characters and the series. But honestly you're better off watching any episode of the series instead of reading this book.

This is basically a clipshow of the first two seasons of the show Adventure Time. The show is amazing and funny and wonderful. But this just strings together the basic plot of each episode with a lame conversation between Finn and Jake . It's like "Hey finn remember that one time when we did this? " "Oh yeah, Whoa that was wild." (insert images from that episode)

It even makes those episodes really lame too. So don't look at this book. Watch the episodes.

I love anything and everything to do with Adventure Time and this book was so exception.
It was just a quick and easy read with cool pictures and a nice theme.

This book is obviously meant for younger audiences but I still enjoyed it and I would definitely buy it for the kids in my life.

It's a nice book to have if you like collecting Adventure Time stuff =)

Another fine example of an Adventure Time kids book. Total recap of some of Finn and Jake's adventures with mostly stock images, but it's cute and great for the kids.
