Newlyweds need time together, but Allison and Bart both work for Anastasia, an undercover anti-terrorist organization, and finding time alone is next to impossible.
While Bart is on a secret mission in Africa, Allison arrives home one day to a cryptic message: Anastasia under attack. Get out of the house now. Disappear. Take nothing. The other members of Anastasia have already fled and Allison must find a way to survive. With only a few months of training, how can she outwit and outrun a group of hired assassins?
Fasten your seat belt and join Allison for one of the wildest rides of her life as she travels across the country with a small package that could mean life or death – depending on who gets it first.
Oh it was so depressing! Having Bart gone almost the entire book. And then witnessing Allison trying to survive over and over again. It was frightening having her being hunted by one of the biggest assassins in the buisness. They are so benifitial in saving the world, even though they are just a mormon couple whom love each other very very much. The ending was so funny when Alli realized she only needed one part of the lion and that it was the part of the lion that didn't have a travker. I love love love barts reaction to seeing his wife once again. Ode to be in love. One day I want a guy that cares about me and is protective just like BArt!!
While I started out enjoying this series immensely, I am finding that I am struggling with the books now. They are interesting and a lot unlikely but they also seem to drag a little with all the things that she lets herself get involved in along the way. I own the whole series and will continue reading to the end but at this stage I am not motivated to keep them and read them a second time which I do with a lot of the book series I own.
This one was not on audible so I did read (I like to listen so I can do other things while I listen). OK I get it they were "Stuck in the library" hiding but really it seemed like forever! Story was OK but it felt like it dragging a lot! There was tooooo much detail and hide and seek. But moving on to the next book in the series.

When I read these books in middle school, I loved them! I couldn't get enough. Coming back to reread them, I see their flaws, but I still think they're worth the read. They are fast paced, clean, educational, and easy, quick reads.
fun spy novel and suprisingly good for an LDS author. My main problem with this book is the main character seems a little dumb, but since it's a series, maybe I will find an explanation if I read the previous books. Oh, and the places where the author throws in stuff about being LDS is a bit jarring and out of place. For instance, if you are in the midst of a real crisis racing for your life, are you going to remember to call someone to take your nursery class on Sunday? That really bugged me!

I really have enjoyed these books. It has good guys and bad guys. sometimes your not sure who is on who side. Allison is a interpol agent on a special team her father, mother and husband are all on it she the newest at 6 months. She is on the run with hired killers on her trail. she keeps changing her looks and evades them and they find her again and again. Allison is smart, speaks many languages and is always picking up strays and helping others even when on a case. good clean adventure books.
Allison returns from a doctor's appointment where they've just taken a biopsy to receive word from her bishop that she needs to disappear immediately. She is very emotional in this book--she's alone and her assassins track her every move. She surprised me completely in this one--I love her!
Allison returns from a doctor's appointment to find a cryptic message telling her that Anastasia is under attack and that she should disappear. On the run from assassins, Allison must survive on her own; finally proving her mettle as the newest member in the group.
I really enjoyed this series. It was very fun, exciting, and romantic. The romance is between a Husband and Wife which makes it even more fun to read. (for us LDS people)
