"Magic hovers around the mundane, waiting to be recognized."
"People do change. Let them."
"Don't resist your own goodness."

These are just a few of the wonderful affirmations in 365 Ways to Keep It Real, Heal Yourself and Be Free. These are positive reminders that wisdom is freely available to us, if we are willing to listen.

Most of the affirmations in 365 Ways are just a few sentences, leaving plenty of space to use the book as a journal or spiritual sketchpad to fill with your own wisdom and reflections. You can also randomly open to any page and find the perfect thought to compliment your day.

I kept this book on my iPhone, now and then reading snippets.
What struck me was the exact words that the author seemed to intrinsically know how many to use to just impart the right "slap" in the mind and make you think about it for all the day.
Sometimes it was only three words, sometimes it was four phrases one after the other but the effect was always the same...jolting introspective to attain new perspective.
And by the way, I still keep it on my iPhone and randomly choose one for the day....
Thank you!

Time is Relative

This book could be read in a year, or less... time is relative. My year just went by in an afternoon! And a lovely year it was. My heart is happy, my soul feels like it has witnessed a rainbow appearing within me, and my mind is stimulated yet so relaxed I've had a mental spa treatment. Wow. Do I recommend this? Ah, you know I do, with all my heart.
