All I can say about this book is ugh. The story was completely disjointed and dragged in several spots. Dragged enough that it was almost unreadable.

Very disappointing.

Awesome read!

This is not just another formulaic vampire story! It's a truly great read. Not only is it intelligently written it's full of heart and there are so many variables that make it interesting and gorgeous visually! Horses, ballet, and art are artfully mingled with demons, vampires and a strange historical past--there's a whole lot of plot in this one!

And the best news is that it's a series...SQUEEE......!!!! So there's more to come. Can't wait to read the next one!

Filled with love and joy to the depth of deep sorrow! Wow it was a wild ride!!

I was truly surprised by how I was so in to this book. And how I just couldn't put it down and liked the roller coaster ride to the bitter end and still left you with a bit of hope...

Lots of action, love blinded by deceit, lonely vampires. If choice between dying and becoming a vampire, choose death.
