I would recommend this book for anyone looking for either the basics of different types of entities and spirits, but it is not a book I'd suggest anyone to buy if you are even semi well versed with the different types. For beginners it's fairly well versed, offering a nice summary and brief description, usually. However; if the reader is serious about learning this book leaves you needing to conduct further research. Not only this, I was disappointed to find she didn't cover all or even more entities especially given her short summaries.

Don't get me wrong, there are good aspects to the book and I did enjoy some of the chapters; but it leaves a lot to be accounted for. Which is fine if you don't mind additional research; but if you aren't one for research this isn't a book I'd suggest for you unless you are only wanting a brief overview of a complex and serious topic.
