An excellent book! It opened my eyes to ways I hadn't understood before about how my "brand" of ADD works, and ways I could "accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative" as the old song says. It's a book that has to be read in small bites, with time out to do the exercises -- a book that has to be read many times.

A must read for adults with ADHD who want to thrive and succeed

I really loved this book. It is informative, interesting, and inspirational. At the very start of the book he gives the reader permission to read the book in any way so that it works for them. I appreciated his stimulating and digestible explanations of ADHD. His "I" model is an innovative and helpful tool to align interests, intention, and inhibition to enhance one's attentional skills and help identify what is getting in the way of success in life. I also enjoyed the many other practical and effective tools and approaches he discusses. Kudos to the author for creating this book. Highly recommended!
