Rate this book
When I was fifteen, all I wanted to do was sing.
It was all I wanted, until the day that it wasn’t.
Then I had a decision to make.
I had been focused on singing for so long that this was all I was known for.
Now I was about to change everything, and I panicked. What would people think? Would they think less of me? What if I failed?
When you make a major life change, these are the things that will go through your mind.
All I can say is do not shy away from who you are and what you aspire to be.
This book is for anyone looking to change or advance their career, knowing the steps to take, the mistakes to avoid and the feedback to trust. If your time is now, then let this book guide you to making your career goals a reality.

Came across this book after reading the Not Another Digital Transformation book by the same author.

Most valuable takeaway from this book were all the little toolkits and self-reflection guides. Not only do you see how MaryBeth put these into practice herself through her personal story that she shares, she helps you think of how you can step up to your true potential.

It feels like the author is championing you along your journey, saying, "You can do anything you want to!"

I'd recommend to anyone who wants a new job, pivot their career or find purpose in what they do.
