A master of erotic romances, Kate Douglas wows us again with this fourth book in the continuing Demon Lovers series. If you read Wolf Tales, you'll love Demon Lovers.

After an unsteady start, Addie, Jett, and Locan have slowly forged an erotic and loving relationship unlike most others. Using the passion they feel for one another allows Addie to control Jett and Locan's demon tendencies and has helped the three become stronger and more powerful in their fight against demons.

The last time Locan saw the Hawaiian Goddess Pele he loved and left her. Pele has never forgotten and she's not the type of woman you necessarily want remembering. Now Locan is back in Pele's lair and it appears that she's not the only one set on revenge. Goddess Namaka, Pele's sister, discovers that using Locan in the war between sisters is the best revenge she can get.

Captured in an erotic game between goddesses, Locan must learn to trust that his lovers, with the aid of their now loyal hellhound, will come to his rescue.

Some people just seem to know they are meant to write, but it can still take a while to figure out exactly what their career will entail. Kate Douglas started out writing radio copy for a country western radio station in 1972, wrote and illustrated an educational cartoon strip for the American Mosquito Control Association for a number of years, was a newspaper reporter for a small town weekly where she covered everything from high school sports to drug busts, and then, in the mid-1980s, decided to write her first romance.

Many submissions and rejections followed.

In 1998, she sold to a small ebook publisher before anyone knew what an ebook was, but it wasn't until 2005, a full twenty years after finishing that first romance, that she signed with a New York publisher.

In January 2006, Kensington Publishing launched their Aphrodisia imprint of erotic romance with Kate's Wolf Tales, a sexy paranormal series about a lost race of shapeshifters. She went on to write 21 novels and novellas in that series, then wrote three other series for Kensington before moving to St. Martin's Press.

She has two series with SMP--The Intimate Relations series complete with three novels and one novella of romantic suspense set in California's wine country, and an erotic paranormal series, Feral Passions, set in California's Trinity Alps.

She is also continuing her Spirit Wild series, the sequel to Wolf Tales, independently.

Kate and her husband of over forty-five years have two adult children and six grandchildren. They live in the small town of Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the beautiful Sonoma County wine country.

Have you read Kate Douglas' series Demon Lovers? It's so Fantastic!

Demon Lovers is about two former demons who have a Yin and Yang thing going on and their woman who balances them. This is an erotic series and Kate is the master in this genre. Let the imagination of Kate Douglas take you away on a erotic adventure that no other can match. Her stories always have a helping of story, steam, and emotion that leave you fully satisfied.

Unleashed fits right in with the other 3 books in this series and continues with Locan, Jett, and Addies journey. Except Kate sneaks in some BDSM on us and the trio acquire a hellhound!

Stalk Kate on  facebook, twitter, goodreads, and her website!

You can find them on sale on Smashwords, Amazon, & Barnes & Noble.

The covers are so sexy...

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 unicorns - I really liked it!!

**Gifted to me through Netgalley request for an honest review

Okay another adventure with Addie, Locan, and Jett, and I really liked it now that I feel connected with the characters. Locan is forced to deal with some things he didn’t know about himself and struggles with it, but Addie & Locan are supportive & loving. I didn’t much like the Goddesses, but they were kind of self absorbed and only cared about themselves and what they wanted. Az was cool but has a lot of mystery that I hope we learn more about him in the last book. This book of course has some very adult material that is erotic ménage & as well as some bondage. Kate Douglas’ writing is very descriptive and gets your imagination going. If you are one of her fans, I think you’d love the story (get the boxed set and save some money). You know if this is your type of story, and if it is you will enjoy it :)

Spoiler Alert
This was book four in the "Demon Lovers" series and too me the hottest book in the series so far. When the team gets a call from the Hawaiian Goddess Pele to help with a hellhound who she thinks her dog called it's a trap. Years ago Locan had a one night stand with the goddess and in the middle of sex he turned back into a demon and left now she wants him back. The trap was set by her sister who was to have anything the other goddess wants. The sex scenes in this book were hot the scene with Locan and the goddess of the sea were hot and all kids of kinky she brings out the dark parts of her lovers. Addie and Jett can't understand why they can't communicate with Locan because Pele blocked it they were also hurt because he wanted to be with her to get closure although they did have sex. This book was well written like the other books in this series with no errors in spelling or grammar. I am looking forward to reading the last book in this series.

Good continuation of the series. Just too short, way to short; that is why I could not give the extra star. Makes me want my own demon pair.

DNF.
One of the H's cheats-with a woman he 'wants to take for his bride' ; and worse his lovers don't even seem to care.
Not the kind of committed menage relationship I want to read about.

I read the box set and this review will be based on the series as a whole. I enjoyed the first part of this series and of course the sex scenes were HOT!! The writing was good, but in the middle of this series I would have liked a little more creativity. The fact that video game characters come to life just left me feeling dumb. I didn't enjoy that part. Now, the last book was okay. HOT HOT hell hound was a good twist. Didn't mind that one. I always enjoy a good plot. Execution is always a must and was a little lacking through out the middle part of this boxed series. Almost gave it 2 stars, but it worked out in the end.

I received this ARC from the author via Net Galley. Thank you!!

Not gonna lie after reading the other stories this one was definitely not a favorite for me. Good story and plot, but I wasn't to keen on how Locan was with Addie and Jett. And then there's Az.... I already love this hound

When goddesses are thrown into this book, you kind of feel that the dynamics between the characters couldn't get more complex and then a Hellhound enters. A great mix of characters with a great plot. Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to review this book.
