The war between the Autobots and the Decepticons is over. After the Matrix is used to purge its polluted core, the planet Cybertron reverts to a primordial state and sends a message to thousands of non-affiliated Transformers: "come home."
And come they do-en masse. As Bumblebee tries to form a coalition with the new arrivals' representatives, Metalhawk, Prowl sends captured Decepticons onto the streets, as a peacekeeping force. To keep them in line, he implants Inhibitor/Deterrence Chips in their heads-preventing them from changing modes and allowing the Autobots to detonate the chip, if the Decepticon gets out of control.
When Horri-Bull attacks a new arrival, Bumblebee sees little choice. Meanwhile, the Decepticon called Skywarp watches...
