She isn't planning to go until she finds an old note from Tom that shows their feelings for each other were once mutual. And she needs to know - does he still feel the same way? And, just like that, Zara's on a plane to Milan to crash the most talked-about engagement of the year!
After all this time, could this be the moment Zara's been waiting for... or the biggest mistake of her life?

'This is a brilliant book, full of many laughs. A real page turner!!'
I began writing the @sex.in.the.Glasgow.city blogs in 2019 from my Instagram handle. The views shot up quickly and I was encouraged to write a book from my followers. During lockdown having more time than I normally have I began writing ‘A Glasgow Kiss’.
A Glasgow Kiss is about a young woman approaching thirty feeling pressured to settle down. She is single and joins an online dating site to find Mr right- however, her life suddenly spirals out of control.
1. Why’s she washing her fanny? 2. Arse like the Japanese flag 😭 3. No matter how hungover you are, you would never get a dugs baws mixed up with human baws 4. Not deleting tinder when in a relationship 5. She’s unable to be happy for other people 6. Mentioning the peru 2 lol 7. Pg 89, “was Andy was right?” How does this get to publication? 8. Selling batteries to putin wtf 9. Going to Milan with two bags for life lol 10. I get it makes a good plot but she could have just phoned Tom and saved us all reading this nonsense 11. Ibrox for harry styles lol 12. Rapey vibes from hulk 13. “Muff-dived” 😭 14. “Munched on my ham sandwich” 😭
This book looked like it had a lot of potential, but God, was I wrong. I didn't read the two other books beforehand, as I was explained that it wasn't a necessity. The characters were all so terribly loud, and I felt like they were constantly yelling because of all the goddamn exclamaitionmarks. The spicy scenes were not sexy at all, they were downright vulgar.
I did not like the way Zara treated her friends and other people around her. The men all sounded like Brexit Geezers to me with the way they were talking. I'm all for adding language of the culture/accents/dialects or anything, but all the Scottish slang was too much for me. The plot went from bad to worse, like what the hell was that moment when she hooked up with the guard at the engagement party????
3.5 ⭐️ - it was a solid 4/4.5 star read until the end. I found the last 10/15 pages super frustrating and for me, spoilt it a little bit. Still a really good series but not my fav of the 3
this book left me with a scowl. also i love spicy books (ie. Katee Robert, Penelope Douglas, etc.), but this book had very little spice, it was just vulgar.
SPOLIER
im sorry but this main character is just awful, she's lucky her friends have given her so much grace. i don't understand how she could get two decent men with her awful behavior. the fact that she ended up with Tom... honestly she should have ended up alone and found someone new in time. this was just SO bad
Love her books. Feels like you’re just reading your friends story. Very relatable and would really recommend if looking for an easy funny read. Wish this wasn’t the end of the series!
Unfortunately this book was way below expectations, the story line is very predictable, weird and not original. There is no depth to the characters, the main character is a super annoying, spoiled girl showing a terrible example to everyone who reads this book. The writing itself is unnecessarily vulgar with horrible turns of events. I seriously hope for the sake of the author she didn't write the sex and dating scenes based on her on own experiences cause that would be just very sad!
There were so many things that triggered so many different emotions from humor to blushing to sadness to absolute unbelievable disaster. Overall, the takeaway message and ending sold me. No matter the disaster life throws at you or you create for yourself, you can ALWAYS start over tomorrow and build a better future.
truly sad to have finished this series 💔 what i thought was a book just about love, really turned into a book about life, friendships & everything inbetween 🥹
This book taught me a very important lesson: It is nearly impossible to enjoy reading a story when you hate everything about the main character. Yes, she is a deeply flawed individual just like the rest of us, and yes, we all deserve the grace and space necessary to figure things out for ourselves, even if some lessons must be learned the hard way. With that said, Zara truly deserves every terrible thing that happens to her in this story, because there is a very thin line between being flawed and quirky, and being a terrible person. Zara Smith is the very definition of a terrible person. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys cringing so hard they flip completely inside-out, or those who need to know how NOT to behave in a relationship.
Having read the rest of this series, I decided to use this as an easy read 'palette cleanser' before diving back into another more complex fiction. However, this was by far the worst book of the series for me. It had its funny moments and the writing style was very easy to follow along and colloquial, however I found myself growing more and more frustrated with the main character - her selfishness, her self-centeredness and the general lack of thought that she puts into her actions - to the point I didn't want to keep reading. Would not recommend!
reading the third book to the series has left me so disappointed unfortunately, i fell in love with a glasgows kiss and each sequel has made me resent Zara the main character even more. found her more selfish & vulgar as the books went along and no character progress as by the end all she could still see was toms faults her own mistakes. No doubt if andy had took her back she would of dove back into that relationship for connivence after so clearly wanting to be with tom

I want to rate this higher, because I love Sophie Gravia’s other books and I have been following this storytime for a while, but holy shit I cannot stand Zara smith she did not deserve any happiness she got in the end and the fact she got everything she wished for actually baffles me. She’s a narcissist who seeks male validation and puts that above her family and friends- it started becoming PAINFUL to read and I actually start to despise her.

A cute enough end to the series. A few iconic Zara moments to add to the previous two books. Didn't make me laugh as much as Glasgow Kiss, but enjoyable nonetheless
It was good, but not my favourite one! I don’t think it made me laugh out loud as much as Glasgow Kiss and I thought the ending was just a bit rushed. Fun read but nothing will beat Glasgow Kiss!
I’ve been in a reading slump and this has defo been the easy read I needed! You can see the growth in Sophia’s writing from book 1. It was a cute ending to the series and as much as Zara was terrible friend and girlfriend this book I love how she is gaining some midgen of self respect LOL!
A brilliant read from start to finish had me laughing out loud in parts and nearly crying in parts! Didn’t know it was part of a trilogy but will definitely read the other two!!
Thoroughly enjoyed this third and final instalment of Zara’s journey! A lovely ending to her story. I found the first and second books were a little disappointing and had poor grammar at parts and were a little too crude for me, although I really enjoyed the storyline. I found that this third book was written very well and was well-balanced, indicative of the ‘grown-up’ Zara who features in this book, compared with the other two books in the series. Would most definitely recommend (and already have!)
