The story for The Blue Series was first created in my head as a teenager growing up in Oceanside, California during the mid-eighties.

After graduating from SDSU as a registered nurse, I married, had two children, and raised a family after relocating to Boise, Idaho where I currently reside.

After so many years had passed, one day I decided to write a single page of the story. It then turned into a novel. Not realizing the story was so big, I wrote a second Volume. Forced to split Volume 2 into two parts due to its size, I continued to write Volumes 3 and 4 during the years 2006 through 2009, but the story still wasn't finished. After taking a break, I wrote Volumes 5 through 8 in the last two years, completing the series in late 2014.

Suspenseful, intriguing, yet humorous at times! Beautifully written - Nook Books and More Blog

Yet another great read! This story pulls you in the deeper it gets the more intriguing. The characters are so complex but, amaze me so much. The adventures and levels David has been on in Hell are amazingly suspenseful and keeps me intrigued through the entire series so far!
This is where Dillon finds his voice. His character grows and becomes strong in a way I never thought possible. It's almost like the veil has lifted on his eyes on certain things. I'm beginning to love him even more if that's possible.
The flow and writing is exceptional. It is a lengthy story so if you like long stories this is the story for you. Again it is a book for the open minded only because it covers sensitive subjects of today.
I can't wait to see what these characters grow and evolve to next! The new characters are introduced through out the series so far leaving it a mysterious and dark feel to the story line. I'm so intrigued by this story. I can't wait to read more!

Yet again Josephine Dillon does it. A great read. Always on the edge of my seat wondering where the story and characters are going to go. The book has an amazing way of showing you glimpse of what is behind everyone facade and that there is truth that don't judge the book by the cover. Starting to see a, dare I stay it, a human side Azmadeus where you might even start to move from hating him to pity him as the biggest victim to actually liking him - is there salvation possible even for the arch baddy. Or is he? The treatment id sabastien does however intrigue me. There is in many ways no difference between Louis and he, though the picture is getting worse of him. Perhaps further books will paint out his story.
I have a suspicion as to how one of the main characters is going to end up in the last book, but I will hold that to myself till the end.
I have now read 4 of the nine books and can't wait to I get to start the next one, though want to savour each one like the good read each is like a good battle of wine.
Well done Josephine

It was a big departure from my regular type of books I read but I liked well enough that I've read the whole series. I'm going to comment about the series as a whole. I've not read the M/M gay romance element before and there is a violence/rape element that left me a little off kilter but I could deal with it. I found the idea of the "good" angels being so sneaky and quick to follow their own agenda's and not caring about their loyalty to God much more bothersome. Again, all that said, it was well enough written, the characters brought to life enough to involve me in their futures, that I did want to keep reading just to see what would happen and to cheer on Dillon and hope he could save his brother David.

While the grammar is sometimes poor, and descriptions sometime aggravate me, I find myself on the 6th book of this series, despite telling myself at the middle of every book that *this* one will be the last.
