Not bad, but I don't remember much about it after more than five years. It's a fairly basic summary of what a Christian does in order to grow—e.g., reading the Bible, studying the Bible, worship (personal and corporate), fellowship, evangelism, discipleship. Each main point is a lesson with good background and discussion.

I love the thoughtful, Biblical, yet still simple ideas presented in this book. Each chapter is 7-15 pages long, and ends with a conclusion, questions and answers, ideas for further thought, a brief explanation of the implications if you choose not to believe the content of that chapter, and then Scripture references and book titles for further study. Excellent!
