Victoria Kann is the award-winning illustrator and author of the picture book series featuring the whimsical and effervescent character Pinkalicious. Victoria coauthored and illustrated the first two books, Pinkalicious and Purplicious. In addition, she cowrote Pinkalicious: The Musical and wrote and illustrated the #1 New York Times bestsellers Goldilicious and Silverlicious. Pinkalicious: The Pinkerrific Playdate Friendship is a fun thing to experience when you're a young girlie and this is a great early reader about just that, with a new girl for Pinkalicious to be-friend. Plenty of plans are set aside when time flies as you're having fun. This is a pretty good story for the lovers of Pinkalicious picture books in early reader easy sentences format. This is included in the Pinkalicious: Pink-a-rama box set that I own and I believe it will be in the Pinkalicious: The Pinkamazing Storybook Collection book as well. (How I love storybook treasuries!)

Pinkalicious: Pink around the Rink is another individual I Can Read! Level 1 story included in the Pinkalicious: Pink-a-rama box set. It's a fun little story about being unique and a neat introduction to ice skating for the pinkest of princesses.

Pinkalicious: Pinkie Promise
When Pinkalicious uses up all of her friend Alison's pink paint (and the red and white too!) there is a bit of chaos and ruffled feathers. This is another fun early reader about friendship and conflict resolution when necessary as well as an apology. It is included in the Pinkalicious: Pink-a-rama box set and apparently in the Pinkalicious: The Princess of Pink Treasury as well.

Pinkalicious: School Rules!
I like this one. It reminds me of another book I've read (and I cannot quite remember it right now) about taking your imaginary friend to school on the first day. It has a neat approach and a response from the teacher which I did not expect. It's a good conversation and transition book. This one is included in the Pinkalicious: Pink-a-rama box set and Pinkalicious: The Princess of Pink Treasury.

Sleeping away from home might be scary, but pink dragons will protect you. Cute and encouragement for reading for fun. Part of the Pinkalicious: Pink-a-rama and will be included in the Pinkalicious: The Pinkamazing Storybook Collection treasury.
