Smarter Trading: Improving Performance in Changing Markets

Rate this book
In Smarter Trading, author and trader Perry Kaufman shows you how to cope with financial market uncertainty by creating a "robust" trading model that adapts quickly to market changes and yields stronger, more predictable results. And he teaches you how to make sense of the current barrage of sophisticated trading technologies - including neural networks, fuzzy logic, and expert systems. You'll learn to select technical tools best suited for your level of sophistication and align them with your own trading strategies. You'll be given the author's time-proven approaches to analyzing and interpreting markets, managing risk, and building virtually self-adjusting trading systems. And you'll learn how to discern if one trading strategy or method is really better than another, avoid fatal trading losses, figure out what to value - and what to discard - from today's near avalanche of market data, and adapt a trading strategy to fit the unique personalities of widely different markets. Smarter Trading walks you step-by-step through the important techniques and procedures designed to master market volatility.
