The Wicked Wanderer

Rate this book
Chayra has a mission to accomplish. She must reach her uncle — a man she hasn't seen in eight years — or it's very likely her father and brother will both be killed. But she's on her own, and the only means of transportation at hand is stowing away on space freighters. So far, so she's half way to the planet where he uncle lives.

But this time, she's picked the wrong freighter. She's on the Hawk, captained by Torand Rego, and when she's discovered, she's given a quick and brutal Out the airlock, or bunk with the caption for the entire trip. Not much of a choice…

Then she confesses the truth of her identity and mission to Torand, and she's in for quite a surprise. For Captain Rego knows her uncle, knows him well. And having his niece under his control suits Rego just fine.

Wicked Wanderer is an exciting SciFi Adventure.
This is one of our "Wicked Selection Stories", which means it's VERY erotic, and contains some spanking, but probably not much.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Attended New York University and graduated with a B.A. in 1963. Married in 1963, had three sons, divorced in 1976. Raised the sons, Andy, Brian and Curtis, alone in New Jersey. Worked for AT&T as a shareowner correspondent, then as an all-around assistant in a construction company, then sold bar steel for an import firm. Left that job as assistant sales manager. I've been writing full time since 1984.

Hobbies: knitting, crocheting, Tae Kwon Do, fencing, archery, shooting, jigsaw puzzles, logic problems, math problems, not cooking.

Don't do my own research, since if I did I'd stay with that and never get any writing done. I usually can finish a novel of about 120,000 words in about three months.

A story with dark theme. Even though it touches the taboo social issues, the writing could be more better and the plot more developed. The rating is for the way the social issue is dealt with in the story.

I love it when a book surprises me and this one did. First it wasn't my typical genre but I gave it chance. This story has lots of humor along with the adventure. Poor Tor Rego has really messed up with his little stowaway and the it seemed the more he tried to fix things the worse he seemed to make things. And Chayara seems to be her own worse enemy. It was fun to see in the middle of the adventurer of a life time they still make starts and stops as they work their way to a HEA.
