I wish I'd had this book as a teen or 20-something. I think a lot of young people haven't been taught that life is hard and unfair. CBT and this book can help those who are raging against life being unfair and hard.
This is a great introduction to CBT for someone afraid to go into therapy and is in CBT and wanting to learn more.
Definitivamente, este me parece más útil y con mejor forma que el de autoayuda de ACT (sal de tu mente entra en tu vida). Más completo, con ejercicios más aterrizados (y no tan simbólicos tontos que nada que ver como el de JAMÓNJAMÓNJAMÓN jaja wtf).
