About the author

I am a noted encourager, counselor, speaker, and award-winning author who has taught, motivated, and impacted lives toward hope, purpose, and the realization that no past situation or present condition can ever thwart their potential for over 20 years.

My story was featured on three national documentaries, PBS specials, The 700 Club and has influenced lives worldwide, encouraging individuals to rededicate and commit their lives to believe nothing is impossible.
I am an encourager because of the power it brings into the life of someone who needs to know they are not crazy, alone, or without hope…just a fellow “walking wounded” who needs direction like me.

I have authored eight novels. I have also appeared on numerous radio and television specials and mentored and spoken before celebrities, organizations, political figures, educators, psychologists, district attorney’s offices, churches, communities, survivors of abuse, reformed prison inmates, and everyone in between-encouraging them to hope further than what their pain believes.
