This is more of a snippet of some examples on how to budget and save money than an actual extensive resource. While not as robust as other budgeting books out there, the value in this audiobook stems from its brevity. At only an hour long, it serves as an unintimidating way to dip one’s toe into actually sticking to a budget, and the advice is helpful if not inspired.

(In fact, I learned a new perspective on how parents can help their fledgling college students learn how to budget, something I wish I had when I was that age.)
