When a young girl becomes the object of a psychopath’s obsession, she has to grow up quickly and be ready. But how ready can one be for something like this? There are seven people who find themselves tied to chairs in a basement with the psychopath standing in the middle, armed with his revolver. There are six chambers and five bullets. This is his game that he plays. This is the story of the Creep. The only way you can win at his game is to not be there when he plays.
Dark, tense, and suspense filled. If you like those things and have half an hour, have a read.
Kev Hammond's commentary on life in a small town is insightful and real, even in it's bleakness. Kev's writing flows well, with words and descriptions that encapsulate images. I sat on the edge of my seat with this story, wondering how it was going to end. Superb. I love Kev's brand of dark writing.

Imagine being a cop in a one horse town where the horse has long since died. Nothing ever happens here, the people follow the same routine day in, day out, and nothing ever changes. But what if one day a mysterious white van starts cruising the single street? Things are about to change for ever. Another edge of the seat read by Kevin Hammond who delivers a dark tale of murder, suspense and home movies. Highly recommended
How do you review a " short story " that is only 19 pages long? All I can say is, I am apparently to intelligent, or I am not "deep" enough because didn't get it. And even if I did I still wouldn't like it.
