Trouble Keeps Looking For Us
Nisha is a Mumbai girl. Srini is a Delhi boy. Their paths cross at a time when they both were at a low point in their life. An art auction in London triggers a chain of events that totally disrupts Nisha's life. Help came in the form of Srini as he decides to stay back in Mumbai till this situation is resolved. Together they try to understand this ingenious plan and figure out the people behind it. As they dig deeper, they figure out that they are in big trouble. This unique story is about a big city, the incomprehensible art world, two normal people and extraordinary circumstances that bring them together.

What did I just read! Oh! This book has my heart❤ No wonder it is #1 Romantic Comedy on Amazon.
Nisha is an artist, who lives in Mumbai. Srini comes to Mumbai in hope of building up a business. Both of them together try to resolve a sinister plan that goes in the world of art. Filled with humour and wit, this book stands ahead.
What I loved the most in the book is the switching point of view of narration between Srini and Nisha. Right in the first two chapters, the author plays with the situation, making me feel amazed by the extraordinary thinking. Oh! The power of perceptions! Also the art of connecting situations throughout the book excited me.
The characters Nisha and Srini are round characters, who face their own ups and downs of life. Both of their lives are messed up. Their pasts aren't so sweet. Meeting of Srini and Nisha gives life to the book, their bond is portrayed beautifully.
Another best thing about this book is that it is funny throughout. I loved the combination of seriousness of plot and the comical writing style that enhances the joy of reading the book. It's a happy read with so much potential. The nuances of the book, especially the writing style, should be relished. The author makes us explore Mumbai. It's more a tour to Mumbai that shows its beauty as well as the difficulties. The research behind writing this book with the right elements of the art world is remarkable.
The last part of the book takes an adventurous turn and the ending is so soothing to my heart.

The story revolves around Nisha and Srini. On the face of it, both are two very different individuals. Nisha is an artist located in Mumbai and Srini is a techie from Delhi, now settling in Mumbai. Dealing with adversities in their life, when they finally get to know each other, they bond with each other knowing they have more in common with each other than they had imagined. The story takes an unexpected turn when there is series of art thefts across the world and Nisha finds herself in trouble. Srini steps in to help but will Nisha and Srini able to get themselves out of trouble?
Set in the vibrant city of Mumbai, the story is about two individuals facing their own challenges and a difficult past but as they bond together, they discover a beautiful world beyond their own and through each other they re-discover themselves. I loved how the book combines humour with emotions. It makes you chuckle at the hilarious encounters between the two and also makes you share their sorrow. Narrated from both Nisha and Srini’s point of view, the book unfolds their past slowly. I loved how the book portrayed the slowly developing bond between the two. I wish the book was a bit longer exploring the bond between Nisha and Srini even more.

Congratulations to the author Rajat Pillai for writing a wonderful book which will not only keep you hooked till the last page, but also force you towards deep thinking. Though the discussion of the story line in such a book where many surprises are waiting after turning the pages , I personally don't like. As it destroys the author's effort and spoiler is never a great experience for me. However the story line revolves around Nisha, a resilient girl from Mumbai, and Srini, a determined young man from Delhi. Fate brings them together when they find themselves at a crossroads in their lives. The catalyst for their entwined destinies is an art auction in London, which sets in motion a series of events that shatter Nisha's world. Sensing her distress, Srini decides to stay by her side, pledging his unwavering support until they can resolve the mystery that has befallen them.

Trouble keeps looking for us written by Rajat Pillai is a fictional book which I enjoyed the most in recent times. This book is all about the adventurous and gripping tale of Srini and Nisha. The way the author has delivered the story makes it more easier and interesting to read. I completed reading this entire book in a single sitting just because I was keen to know what's gonna happen next ! The writing style is perfect ! I absolutely dived deep into the story after completing the first few pages.

The title of the book really increased my curiosity to choose this book. We right from our birth would have experienced the word trouble, and it is always part of our lives. Based on our age and situation, the outcome may vary, but we all face it.
The book starts with the main protagonist, Nisha, who lost her mother due to illness, and includes her grief about her mother’s loss. Nisha is an artist (painting) who is also good at reproducing an exact replica of the great artist’s work, but her income is not enough for her survival. In addition to this, she also needs to earn more to support her brother (who was severely injured in an accident) and pay a home nurse to take care of him on a daily basis.
On the other hand, the book calls the next person, Srinivasan, who recently moved to Mumbai to start a gym and martial arts center with his friend. But he is facing issues in opening the center due to politicians' threats (not ready to vacate the place). Nisha and Srini happen to meet because they reside in the same apartment.
Nisha tried to change Srini’s views and hatred of Mumbai by taking him on a city tour in the evening. They both enjoyed their time together. As both Nisha and Srini have past relationships, how did they approach it and what is their thought about it?

Nothing comes easy. For every win there will be a struggle, for every person there will be a story. So this story moves around Nisha and Srini. They are people from different cities and with different cultures and thoughts but facing same issues and pain. They meet as strangers but friendship strikes between them which in turn converts to business partnership. But it is not so simple. There is a hidden element which I will keep as a surprise for the readers.
They face challenges together and try to find the culprit behind the entire story. This makes them know each other better and they grow as characters. The characters are well developed in the story. This story imbibes romance, wit, struggles, thrill and fun in a single book.
One can connect easily to the characters and find them as next door neighbors. They overcome the difficulties of being from different cultures quite efficiently. Language is easy to go with. For me the mix of Hindi words is quite a turn off but generally speaking people love to read with a language they feel connected to. The story was predictable, so I won't add the word suspense to this one. In spite of being predictable, the book is witty and it captures readers attention thus making it a page turner. This book, Trouble keeps looking for us written by Rajat Pillai is a fictional book which I enjoyed the most in recent times. This book is all about the adventurous and gripping tale of Srini and Nisha. The way the author has delivered the story makes it more easier and interesting to read. I completed reading this entire book in a single sitting just because I was keen to know what's gonna happen next ! The writing style is perfect ! I absolutely dived deep into the story after completing the first few pages.

I immediately falls in love with a book when the author uses witty, sarcastic writing with also having serious notes and topics and emotions. And this book has them all.
The story is a romantic comedy of Srini and Nisha who both are struggling with their own situations but find themselves failing in another more bizarre one. That landed them in police station.
The story is sets up in the year 2008, Mumbai. As well as the time when a lot of art pieces are recovering by the police that are stolen all around the globe.
The author beautifully portrays the scenery of Mumbai and how all the people here fighting to survive. And all these through his witty writing which I like most.
As for the characters, both are hilarious, well developed, relatable, and I like both of them.
But I have a little bit complaint about that open ending, which my reader self like a lot. But my hopeless romantic self wants more.
So overall definitely a good, enjoyable romantic comedy I would like to recommend to all. And it's also no #1 romantic comedy in Amazon.

The book starts with Nisha surviving the worst phase of her life. Srini, a delhi boy moves to mumbai with his dream of settling his own business.
But life has some different plans for both. They met in a very funny and weird incident. The story took so many turns and twists. while reading it i got vibes of a Bollywood movie.
The writing style was so good. This was a funny and thrilling read for me. Loved the character of Nisha. I'm totally in love with this so beautifully illustrated book covers, how eye catching it is.
The story was based on the concept of destiny. How two imperfects made a perfect start to a story . The little things mentioned about the city, paintings, food and their lifestyle was so light to grasp.
Romance reads usually come with candle light dinners or a fairytale element, but this book is something else. It will highlight the real struggle of youngsters and what life serves to a person in difficult times.

An art auction in London is where Nisha, a Mumbai woman, and Srini, a Delhi man, first meet. Together, they work to understand a cunning scheme and identify the perpetrators, but they soon realise that they are in serious jeopardy. In the story, two regular individuals are brought together by unexpected events in a large metropolis with a mysterious art world.
This book was really unputdownable. I finished it in one sitting and enjoyed every aspect of the book. The most likeable thing, according to me, was the character development of Nisha. I guess many people will feel connected to her.
The dramatic side of the story was also something I enjoyed. The part that I found true was that we find "our" person when we are not looking for them and at the right time.
I have read another book by the author named "The Dead Woman Writing," and that one was also mind-blowing.
I will really encourage new readers to pick up this book if they really want to fall in love with reading.

Together Nisha and Srini try to resolve the situation. The story is set in the bustling city of Mumbai and you will be thrilled to read a little bit about the life in Mumbai through this story.
The writing skills of the author are very gripping. The book was absolutely understandable and I had to know what was going to happen the next second. I finished reading it in two sittings. The plot is very interesting and I love the character developments of both Nisha and Srini. There was no unnecessary drama in between and the twists have been placed at the correct time.

This story is about Nisha and Srini, they are totally opposite with each other and they came from totally different backgrounds. Somehow they managed to work together all the things. They have their own struggles and own mentality that how they solve their critical challenges they face in life.
At London, there is art auction going on but there is something going to happen, that are connected to Nisha’s life. Now she has another problem of solving. So how she gonna solve it and all. While seeing Nisha’s problem Srini comes into the picture to give her full support and help her to solve the problem.
This is heartwarming to read their journey and love the plot line of the story. The story revolves around humour, friendship, love and suspense. It has the own taste of medicine that keep readers to continue the story. It will give you the feeling of fun to read their whole story. I personally, enjoyed while reading the whole book.
