Push that button, and your life will change forever!

Jennlynn Swift is a college student who's down on her luck after her parents threw her out. She sees only one hope of being able to pay for college and her flying licenses. Little could she dream that pushing the doorbell of a Nevada brothel would lead to the things it does, which includes being a national heroine.

A reader wrote to the author about Magic Carpet: "You tell a story about a woman who in part was a prostitute, and certainly loved sex but you never gave us a wild sex scene. But you still kept my close attention and I came to really like your character. You are a great story teller and have some interesting ways of getting your points across."

Another wrote: "You give us the flavor of the workings inside Nevada bordellos with characters we come to really care about, in a story that shows not all prostitutes are losers and many have worthwhile talents outside the bedroom."

When Jennlynn Swift stood before the gate that said "Welcome to Mustang Ranch-Ring bell- Push gate" she had no idea what it would mean to her. Thrown out by her parents just before starting her junior year in caltech majoring in Electronic Engineering and with a minor in Aviation. She has to earn money to live on, pay for school and her little Cessna named Magic Carpet. Follow her story as she becomes a legal licensed prostitute in Nevada, get her degree, pilots license and joins the off beat crew at Lambdatron. See how she with the help of her madam Shirley who is also one of her best friends saves Shirley's grandson and what develops from that.

I hate to say more about the story except that it shows what a person can do who for whatever reason starts about as low as they can and through hard work, determination and luck and just how far they can go. I highly recommend the book and in fact all the books by Mr Boyd who writes books about people and places that could and in some cases are real. No super heroes, no paranormals although some do things that the average person can't (but many can) do.
