This has been a fantastic resource in helping me manage attention and focus. The practical tips and techniques provided by Tracy Neel have made a significant impact on my daily life. I do wish there was more information on how ADHD affects sleep, but overall, this book is a great guide.

I really appreciated the in-depth information and practical tips provided in this workbook. The chapters on resilience, growth mindset, and positive self-talk have been particularly beneficial in my journey. However, I found some sections to be repetitive, which made it difficult to stay engaged throughout the book.
