D.P. Davidson enjoys writing young adult fiction. Her stories come in various ways and she is happy at every new inspiration. The writing process gives life to her characters, and she is thankful for the opportunity she has to share her work with others. She once jumped off of a bridge because everyone else was doing it. While it seemed like a good idea at the time, she advises against it. She has a knack for finding herself in absurd situations, so she's learned not to take herself too seriously. She has also learned to find the humor in her daily misadventures and has taught her children to do the same. She has home-schooled her four children for the last seven years, a choice she says is not for everyone. She has spent the last eighteen years trying to get a laugh out of her husband. He has yet to crack. She loves her dog Gus even though he's a big doofus and has attempted a garden every year for the last eighteen years. This season was her first successful attempt.
