IT'S CHRISTMAS EVE.

BIOWARFARE EXPERT CAPTAIN MAGGIE HOLT IS AT THE MALL.

AND SHE'S NOT SHOPPING.

Intel said the crowded mall was the target where twisted mastermind Thomas Kunz would release his lethal supervirus. To add more pressure, this was Maggie's first time leading a mission. Luckily, she'd teamed up with Dr. Justin Crowe, creator of the antivirus, to avert disaster. But when Kunz began releasing false reports and planting body doubles, Maggie no longer knew what or whom to trust -- including Justin. The countdown had begun on her race to prevent catastrophe -- and if Maggie made one false move, slay bells would ring.

Captain Maggie Holt, is a rookie of the S.A.S.S. Unit.
Dr. Justin Crowe has developed an antidote to the virus, but to be effective, it must be administered within two minutes of exposure, and it hasn’t yet been field tested.
Thomas Kunz plans to release a deadly virus in the South’s largest shopping mall on Christmas Eve.
He doesn't care that there will be thousands of horrific and painful deaths or, that half will be children. He just wants to make a point! He's the most powerful man in the world.
Maggie and Justin have to fight an ongoing battle with not only the Mall Manager but, other unexpected people popping up all over the mall while, at the same time, doing everything they can to keep the poison from being released and touching anyone!
This is a real nail-biter and, I'll never go to a mall again!

Good book for action adventure fans, and will probably appeal to Bruce Willis fans but I found it hard to believe. So there is a terrorist threat centering on the local shopping mall, not only do you know what the virus is, you also have the man who developed the antidote working with you. Having that many women working in a single anti-terrorism unit, throwing in a group of mall cops to confuse the issue and a doctor who works with super viruses, not to mention having the antidote smuggled out of the facility without anyone noticing? Oh and maybe the mall supervisor has been cloned. More and more contrived and unbelievable the further into the story you went.

This is a part of a series called War Games... I'm not sure if this is the 3rd or 4th book in the series. Maggie Holt is a part of S.A.S.S. a secret mainly eoman's military group. They have been a part of a group trailing a terrorist for a while & have nearly caught him & his associates several times. The guy is good, but this time he's going to threaten several thousand people - most of them kids on Christmas Eve. Will Maggie be able to keep everyone safe? will she find the threat in time?
Read it & find out.
