Nicole Gabai is a certified Professional Virtual Organizer, the founder of B. Organized, a Golden Circle member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), and the author of the bestseller The Art of Organizing: An Artful Guide to an Organized Life.
Prior to founding B. Organized in 1999, she worked in television production for ten years at MTV, Nickelodeon, and the Orlando Film Commission. She worked as a production manager, producer, prop buyer, and set decorator, where she learned many skills that are essential for being organized and keeping up with the pace of a very demanding business.
In 1989, she received a BFA in Textile Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked as a textile designer in New York City for several years. Nicole also attended Parsons School of Design.
As a Golden Circle member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals) and a past Historian of NAPO South Florida Chapter, she has over 20 years of experience in hands-on organizing. She has written a recurring column for Cape Cod Parent & Child magazine and been featured in numerous magazine and newspaper articles and on WXTK radio, “The Century 21 Real Estate Show.” She has also taught classes on organizing through the Falmouth Adult Education Program, Bridgewater State College, and organizing workshops for college-bound teens through Danny’s Place, a teen enrichment program in Acton, MA.
This was a very colorful and lovely book with lots of good advice for getting organized. I need as much help as I can get with organizing and enjoyed the way this information was presented.
