Introducing Hunter Philips – the heartbreaker of Miami…
Hunter Philips sends Carly Wolfe’s journalistic radar into overdrive – what kind of heartless man invents a callous break-up app called The Ditchinator? Challenging him to a TV showdown, she doesn’t bank on Hunter’s ice-blue stare and lethal charisma setting her heart racing… After a professional scandal resulted in her losing her job, Carly has relegated love to the back page. A sizzling fling with Hunter would definitely stretch her ‘no emotional involvement’ rule to breaking point, but what’s an enterprising journalist to do? It might be all to get a headline – but Carly’s hoping her plan won’t backfire in her usual spectacular style…

I didn't enjoy this as much as I expected too, these two had too many issues for me too believe in the sudden turn around. The hero is an ex-FBI now a business owner, who the reporter heroine is taking pot-shots at for a software his company made. The h has daddy issues plus the fact the once she got involved with someone she interviewed.

They banter, have sex, banter, plus their issues, he had a reporter as an ex-girlfriend who burned him, trust issues, she gets into dead end relationships, so loads of materials for the book to give weight too sadly it doesn't work that well.

I enjoyed her first book better.

DARE SHE KISS & TELL? by author Aimee Carson is a Mills & Boon Modern release for June 2012.

Hunter Philips is an ex FBI agent but he has his own business now. His company makes software. After getting dumped by a conniving ex-girlfriend, when he was down, his best friend and business partner kept him busy creating new software which was named `Ditchinator' with which people can dump their lovers!

After being used by a Politician, Carly Wolfe vowed not to get involved with any man. So she was constantly being dumped with the help of the Ditchinator.

She challenged Hunter to tell the story behind the creation of this software. But Hunter was game to take her challenge. What Carly hadn't counted on was the instant flare of attraction between them. Now, how far will Carly go to get her story?

Will Carly mange to get Hunter on his knees?

DARE SHE KISS & TELL? is a hilarious, dramatic, at times heartbreaking but ultimately uplifting story about taking chances on love's choices and triumphing against the odds. Carly is a wonderful heroine readers would relate to and admire whereas Hunter is a gorgeous hero, whose strength, sensitivity and magnetism will pull you in.

Aimee Carson does the sassy heroines with aplomb and her fresh writing voice will keep you hooked from the very first page. She has certainly outdone herself with the sensuality and the sparkle in the love scenes, as well as the snappy dialogue in DARE SHE KISS & TELL?.

4.5 out of 5 Stars.

A must read. Lots of flirty witty banter between journalist Carly and callous app inventor Hunter. A victim of the app, Carly is out for revenge. Carly is a fiesty heroine who is certainly no push-over and Hunter a cool sexy hero who refuses to be pushed in this brilliant battle of wills.
Great writing from Aimee Carson. Loved it.

Carly and Hunter

there's something about this book that doesn't work for me. it could be the repeatative narrative of the female heroine, Carly; or the slow pace the story and growth of the characters.
Carly's character doesn't live up to how she's described in the book, as the confident and pushy journalist. part of it could be that we don't get to see her pursuing other stories and there's the lack of examples in the other parts of her life. even when she was confronting her issues it wasn't dwelled on enough to show how she had grown from it.
The feelings I have for Hunter's character growth is the same. I don't think enough was shown in his attitude changes.. BTW, as a co-owner you would think he would've discussed with his partner changes such as reducing his hours to pick up an independent consultant job before signing the contract. seems like a dick ii sh move to expect his business partner to have no problems picking up his slack... especially someone who's newly married even.

The secondary characters were a bit flat and somewhat non existent for being best Friends of H and h.

I would be tempted by future books by this author. I'd like to see the writing improve as there were things I liked: the characters were charming and there was a nice feel for the banter between Carly and Hunter.

Carly has to figure out how to get her father to accept her and her choices in life. Hunter needs to find something in life to make him happy again. For too long he's just been living. When Carly opposes Hunter's Ditchinator kick the girl/boy friend to the curb app, he comes out fighting.

Hunter quickly finds himself wanting to protect Carly at every turn and soon finds that she's on him mind a lot.

Sexual situations but tastefully written.

This novel was amazing, and it was only the second one for the author! Who could believe that?
It was sassy, witty, and super, super hot. The conversation between the two heroes was soooo funny.
I really loved it a lot, Great read.
