Lilly Thompson just wanted to get her ride along time with Sergeant Jake Simmons over and done. She needed to complete three shifts with the Sheriff's Department to complete her internship for school. Oh boy! it's getting hot in here. If you haven't turned the heating down yet, you are about too. Jake is definitely the cop with alpha dominance and Lily well at first you will think victim then lucky, lucky, lass. Lily is having a ride along with Jake her boss, she needs to get good report from him and is put in a compromising position to get what she needs, at first I thought Jake was taking advantage, to be honest he took a big risk but it paid off. This is a short read but off the charts HOT!!. Free to download, what is not to like.

Hot! Hot! Hot! One of the best erotic romance books I have had the pleasure of reading. I think I could r4ead this book over and over. I have read many of Author J.S. Scott's books now and I just can't stop, I have found each and every one to be just as good or better than the last. This book will have you on edge, a definite page turner that yu will not want to put down until the very end!

I absolutely love every single one of J.S Scott books they are just the perfect package this story was short but to show you it's not about the quantity but the quality! It was hot and thoroughly entertaining, Bravo!!!

I found this novella (if it can even be called that it was so short) as a freebie on Amazon.com. And while I did not have high hopes for it, I was willing to give it a chance - after all I may be pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, this book turned out to be WORSE than I thought.
To start off with the first time a "professional" tells me that I have to sleep with him in order for a good recommendation is the day I stick my foot in his ass and walk out. But not our main girl Lilly, oh no! She is more than willing to jump right into bed with Jake. Even when he comes clean about everything (yes he has secrets), she doesn't bat an eye.
Both characters are completely unbelievable in my opinion. Going back to the whole "sleep with me or else", what kind of "Professional" does that? I'm not naive, I know it happens, but this book just made it way too unbelievable. It felt forced most of the time, and very close to rape.
The ONLY good thing I can find to say about this book is that is was short. So thankfully it was over quickly.

For a short story this is hot. When I started the book I didn't realize it was that shorts and it heated up fast. I loved it and hope one day she will write more to go along with this short book. I would love to see how their time spent together prior to what happened in the book was like. Who knows, maybe we will get it.

Rape play, dominance and submission, pet-play, etc. is one thing. Rape? Actual rape? Is rape.
Hot young woman. Hot muscle-man. Man with tons of strength and in a heightened position of power. Woman in vulnerable position. He rapes her. I do not find that to be what I would normally think of as "erotic sex". But a story of rape and betrayal. She respected him. Looked up to him. Expected him to do what was right. She was worried when he disappeared. She followed him to see if he needed help. He grabbed her, blackmailed her, and raped her.

This is not erotic as stated in title... Much lighter & one shot conflicting with the tagline in the title!
This was a quickie read that was fun. At first I was thinking "No way in Hell!" but keep reading! It gets better & it's explained & all is good!You aren't left with the... That is totally unrealistic! feeling. Can't say much because this was so short EVERYTHING would be a spoiler!!

If your looking for a really short book this is the book for you. It was horribly short at first I was like okay this is okay. Than they got into it and than it ended I was like okay thank god this book was free because if I would have paid for it I would of wanted a refund. But it had a good story behind it even if it was blackmail.

This was another great free story by J.S. Scott. This was a story about a cop named Jake and his trainee Lilly. She must choose between graduating on time and a great night with Jake after see finds herself in a bad situation. I loved this story and I think everyone needs to read it.

I loved it. Very Hot and romantic. Yes the vocabulary is not for kids (below 18) but I did not expect anything less in an erotic story.

This was a steamy read. She is on a ride along with the cop. Both are attracted to each other. At the last stop of the night he brings her into the house and seduces her. HOT HOT HOT

Fast paced and heavy. This ride along makes you want to see the full story behind the couple who is having sex, and what made her want to stay after she found out that he tricked her.

On their last shift, Jake responds to a possible breaking and entering call at the last minute. But Lilly makes a huge mistake - one that could get her written up and jeopardize all of her hard work. How will she get out of that predicament?
This very short story was ridiculously hot! Obviously things move very quickly, but luckily there was already an established connection between Lilly and Jake that the hint of dubious consent flies out the window pretty quickly. If you're looking for a quick, scorching hot read involving a cop, cuffs and enough lust to curl your toes, this is for you. I'm definitely going to go through this author's list of books and read whatever I can get my hands on.

uthor J.S Scott always amazes me in her writing. In this book u r sucked in at page one. Jack a Sergeant and Lilly a ride along. Jack is a by the book cop and Lilly will do anything to get a good report. This is a must read, along with all other books by Js.
