Anna Kirkpatrick isn't looking for love. Being a single mom to Bowan, her eight-year-old autistic son, takes up all of her time...leaving no room for romance. Willing to do anything to help her son come out of his shell, Anna agrees to take Bowan to cooking classes with a world class chef.

After losing every penny he had, his business, and his girlfriend, he's moved to northern Idaho to sulk, restart his career, and pay his sister back for a loan that no amount of money could ever really suffice.

When Anna and Leo discover that Bowan's fondness for the kitchen extends beyond his peculiar cookbook collection, Leo quickly becomes the one person who can break through his barriers. But will Leo and Anna's attraction lead to more than just a weekly cooking lesson?

My Review:
What an incredibly creative story line....LOL! I have to admit, there are days when I wonder if Twitter is the work of Satan, but this book takes it to a whole new level. The thing is I can totally see myself doing exactly what Faye does to end up in this predicament...scary! I like that Faye never gives up her soul even when tempted by some really incredible things and OMG, you have to LOVE Christopher for standing by her. This is just a fun little story. Like I said, really creative and totally fun!

My Review:
Did you read that second paragraph..."motorcycle-riding pastry chef"?? OMG, this is like the perfect guy.

This is a really sweet, fun story. The story features an 8 yo autistic boy who has issues with textures and having things on his hands. The only time he's really comfortable with those things is when he's cooking. So when his therapist's big brother, who just happens to be a chef, moves to town, she enlists his aid for Bowan and Anna.

Leo is a cursing, tattooed, motorcycle guy...certainly not the type you expect to work well with a kid, but it works...for all three of them. I liked the way this story was put together. I like books that feature chefs, but Leo is all hard-edges so it's hard to see how this is going to work. The fact that it does makes him especially endearing. I like his character...a LOT...for how he is with Bowan, but especially how he is with Anna...just a fabulous guy.

On the other hand there's Anna who has to put her son first...in everything. You have to admire her courage and tenacity. If a situation isn't going to work for Bowan, she puts him first. There were moments when my heart simply ached for her.

The best part of this book was most definitely the epilogue. The change in POV was brilliant and I finished the story with a smile on my face!

My Review:
What a gorgeous love story! I loved everything about this story...the fallen angels, the never-ending love, the brothers, the glimpses of Torrin, Phoebe's flashbacks, the moments in Afghanistan....the whole story is just brilliantly put together and I am a fan. I am really, REALLY hoping that this is a start to a new series. We do have a bunch of brothers here who have been cast out of heaven searching for their true mates whom they gave up everything for. *sigh* Did I mention I love everything about this story? I also really love (although it's really tragic for her) that Phoebe has been haunted by this "past-life loss" her entire life and it's affected every relationship she's ever had. That is a seriously DEEP connection to Cade...LOVE!

I had huge gaps of time between reading each of the three stories in this Kindle Edition e-book. Overall I'll give the collection four stars. I'll be brief and rate each story on it's own.

Tweet by Boone Brux: 4 Stars. Cute little paranormal about a naive, shy gal who unknowingly makes a deal with the devil. Only love can break the spell!

Bittersweet by Brooke Moss: 5 Stars. Hot little chick-lit about a good looking chef who is willing to help out a mother's autistic son. Food, hotness, a man good with kids...a winner!

Remember Me by Nina Croft: 3 Stars. A paranormal that reminds me a lot of Fallen but darker and not as good. I get that these are short stories but this one was packed with too much and so went too fast. Not bad, just not great.

I really enjoyed Tweet By Boone Brux. I'm still working through the antho, but this story made me giggle, grin and feel every vulnerable ache of the heroine. So good and totally original concept. Well done, Ms. Brux!
