if you thought the first and second book was crazy you are in for a shock 3. There is a lot going on in this book! And i didnt wanted to end. Great world building. I couldnt put it down. It was really a good story. Really need those books in Hardcover🙈

The Reaper's Call: A New Adult Urban Fantasy Series (Bloodcaster Chronicles Book 3) by R.L. Perez is an amazing read. This is book number three on this amazing series that I have loved reading. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading urban fantasies.

The Reaper's Call is the third and final part in the Bloodcaster Chronicles by R.L. Perez. In the previous parts you've read about Cora, Vince and their friends. After the huge cliffhanger from The Angel's Vow, I was really looking forward to this final part, even though I enjoyed The Angels's Vow not as much as I had hoped. Will this part be as good as I hope or will it disappoint me?

This is the final installment in the Bloodcaster’s Chronicles and it was everything I hoped it would be!! Perez wrote such an amazing story and answered all my questions that I had from the first two books. The details that she weaves into her stories are amazing. Perez keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very end of the book!
I have loved getting to read Cora and Vince’s stories and getting to see them grow and develop so much. Cora has come such a long way from the woman we are introduced to in book one. She starts out as an independent woman with no one to worry about but herself. She develops into a strong leader that puts the needs and the lives of her coven before her own. She of course has growing pains and learns through her mistakes along the way. The choices she has to make in this book are absolutely heartbreaking and the lessons she learns are hard. But she moved forward for the good of her people. Without including spoilers, I’ll just say that the ultimate sacrifice she has to make is devastating. Because of Perez’s amazing character development the emotional pain that Cora goes through is palpable for the reader. Cora does what needs to be done though and the story is that much better for it.
Vince, where do I begin with him?! He has gone through so much in what seems like a short amount of time. He started as a kid just wanting to be free to make his own choices. This book sees him embracing the consequences of those choices and finally finding his place in the world where he can do the most good while being able to feel as though he’s not trapped by yet another prison. Like Cora, Vince’s journey isn’t without bumps in the road. His heart is broken multiple times. But ultimately, in the end, things are made right and him and Cora finally get their HEA!
While this story was about Cora and Vince, I feel like their relationship wasn’t the main focus. The main story was about saving the people of Hinport. Just when you think they are saved, Perez throws another curve ball and keeps the story going. Not everything is as it seems!

What a great series! If you’re looking for action, adventure, romance, a page turning experience to keep you reading into the wee hours of the morning we’ll here it is!!
I enthusiastically recommend this series to all who love the paranormal universe! You can experience a whole gamut of emotions with this series as betrayal seems to follow the lead characters and each experience it in their own lives.
The story is riveting and will keep you rooted to your chair as the events unfold from the first as choices are expected and unexpected events also take place
which lead our main characters into different paths than they thought they’d take.
Follow the first encounter between Vince and Cora up to the conclusion of the series and marvel at the grit and determination they show in the battles they fight to save the world from power hungry tyrants!
People you hate will surprise you as some will make the ultimate sacrifice which will seem completely out of their character. It just goes to show one shouldn’t judge others or that judgement can be wrong in the end.
There is action aplenty so strap on your seat belts for you’re sure to enjoy the ride over these three books! This was a great trilogy!
The Bloodcaster Chronicles is about Cora who is a morally grey assassin demon leader who has really rare blood that can create super powerful spells. It is also about Vince a warlock and Nephilim who can travel through time. In book one, Cora is sent to assassinate Vince but ends up falling for him instead and their journey begins.
It had lots of twists and turns and a great compelling romance! I loved the strong characters and the struggles they faced. It was fast paced and the characters and villains were both believable. The build up of the time travel and the timeline in the third book I felt was very unique and I really enjoyed discovering all the aspects that when into it.
The action and the characters were all on point and even though I was unsure whether I would grow to like Cora, I did end up liking her by the end. As always, I enjoyed R.L. Perez's creation of both strong female and male characters.
If you are into a series with demons, time travel, morally grey protagonists, and strong, uncompromising characters, then check out The Bloodcaster Chronicles.

Wow! This was a thrill a minute! I was caught up in this incredible action packed book from the git go, as I was in the previous 2 books in this amazing series. This book picks up after the earth shattering events of book 2. Bouncing from one disaster to another, Cory, Vince and their allies, only just manage to evade being obliterated. The betrayal from their most loved ones, felt like a dagger to my own heart! What a truly great storyline, it's so realistic, characters constantly grow and evolve, in the most wonderful way, I honestly felt such empathy at some of the choices facing them. The supernatural world is given a dose of humanity through the penmanship of the incredible Rachel, playing on our own vulnerabilities, insecurities and choices. And oh my word, just when I thought I'd figured out where the storyline was headed, bam, the ball was thrown out of the court! The building up is spectacular, the events spellbinding, the plot incredible and the conclusion to the series jaw dropping! If you don't get this series, you have no idea what you're missing out on!

The story picks up a few days later after the fight between Cora, Vince& allies and Quentin. Cora and the last few survivors are in hiding, trying to get by unnoticed by Cora's evil father. Meanwhile Vince gets to experience first hand what being a Timekeeper means, but also having to find a way to stop the war. We see some familiar faces such as Luke, Benny, Hector but some new players appear as well.
It was a nice book to end the series with. It had plenty of action, betrayers and unexpected situations.

I fell in love with R.L. Perez’s writing style in Timecaster Chronicles. The way the story was written was amazing. But, we now are on the Bloodcaster Chronicles and I am blown away. The writing, the story, and how it is all put together is beyond words. Cora and Vince have this amazing story. Each book just keeps getting better and better. The action, drama, suspense, with a touch of mystery just keeps this story knocked out of the park. There are moments that I cried with the characters and moments that I laughed with them. This is a magnificent world that you can lose yourself in and to be honest not want to come back. This is an absolute must read. The writing is seamless and beautiful. Definitely pick it and read this amazing series.

Wow! This was a helluva ride! I felt the first two books were action packed but this one was a non-stop, hyperventilating type of story. It is everything I was hoping for in this final installment of the Bloodcaster Chronicles. There is definitely some heartbreak in this story but also joy and optimism. R.L. Perez has woven such an incredible storyline over these three books and created such memorable characters. Cora and Vince’s relationship is like no other! I loved seeing them grow and develop! Absolutely loved this book(and series) and I cannot wait to see the next adventure by Ms.Perez!!

Conclusions always get me because we all want to see the characters we like succeed. This book gives us so endings where you may want to gasp, throw your phone etc. *sigh* but that is what life is, not always the outcome we want. I am super happy I am not left with a million unanswered questions and even the way it is wrapped up an epilogue isn’t really needed. I can warn that if you are bigger on the romance side this series never really hits it. Is there love and emotions, of course, even a taste of 🔥 but the romance feel never hits with this one. If you were a fan of the first books then definitely pick this one up!

Oh my God it was so good! Make yourself take breaks while reading because you’re going to be on the edge of your seat the entire time. A lot goes on but it flows together and just makes sense.
I mentioned in my review for the last book how I wasn’t a fan of how Vince was acting but he had instant character growth in this one.
As always, the big battle scene did not let me down. He’s only in the book for this part but I was actually happy to see Jose there and doing good. I know he’s not a main character but he’s had it rough and like Vince, I just want him to be happy.

Wow, what an amazing series. Book three was just as good as book 1 and 2; I have grown so attached to these characters and didn’t want it to end. This book was more emotional, but still had all the action needed to keep the reader interested. The ending, to me was left open, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. It was open, but you know where the main characters ended along with their covens. As my other reviews, I am not giving away any spoilers, because this series needs to be read. This series totally gets the chef’s kiss. I can’t wait to get her other series and read them.

This has been a fun series! Enjoy the whole overall premise with the time travel, magic, demons, battles, love, etc. Cora is a kick booty female, who is dealing with a whole lot. There’s evil out there trying to rule the world, so Cora and Vince and their friends find themselves trying to come up with a plan to defeat their foes and prepare for battle. Cute connection between Cora and Vince! Entertaining finale!

The end of this series was crisp and I loved it.
The plot twist and changed throughout this trilogy have been beautiful.
I love the world Perez has crafter and the characters. They are flawed and feel very human.
I cannot wait to read more of her work in the future.

Wow, the author did not disappoint with the final
book in the Bloodcaster Chronicles.
Any questions I had after completing the first two books were all tied up with a bow and then some with this book. With twist after twist, shock after shock, betrayal after betrayal this storyline just keeps on hitting you in the feels. The perfect ending for a fantastic series. Definitely keeping an eye on this author.

Suspenseful!! I listened to this book with my breath held. The story is filled with danger and riveting curveballs that you don’t see coming. It is an action-packed thrill ride that sucks you into a plot line that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend this author to all lovers of action-packed fantasy stories filled with danger and a hint of romance. The narrator for the audio version does an excellent job of bringing this story to life.

It had me on edge from beginning to end. And when it got to the end, I didn't want it to finish.
I have enjoyed the journey with these great characters.

A great ending to an amazing series. Vampires, reapers, witches, warlocks, nephilim and timekeepers. A great mix of different factions and so well done.
Vince and Cora are both great characters. They are strong and fearless and have amazing chemistry.
The story line was well done and super intriguing. Totally would recommend!

This is the third and final installment in the series, and it was everything I had hoped for! I loved reading about Cora and Vince, and the author did such a great job with some of the points from the first book that really started making sense towards the end. I really recommend listening to this series!

I simply love the way Ms. Perez writes her characters and stories that help them grow and develop as a person! Her stories are so beautifully written, filled with action, intensity and romance. I would recommend this series to anyone!!

Wow just WOW when I thought that book one and two were good this one was the best! I could not put this one down and I was so excited to read this one. This was the ending I was hoping for in this series and I can not wait to get my hands on her other series.

I have loved every minute of this series! This book wrapped up the story perfectly, the story was amazing.
I loved the dual points of view, it really helped make the story amazing. Cora and Vince are strong and heroic main characters.

This is my favorite book so far in the blood caster chronicles. It’s jam packed with adventure and emotion. I loved how neatly everything was tied up in the end.

This is a great series. Love how Cora and Vince love each other and are finally free to be with each other. Can't wait to read the set in the combined series .

I enjoyed this one! Not as good as the first book, but the ending was satisfying and not what I was expecting. Overall not earth shattering but a fun series
