The Indian costumes are cool. I love how the cards have an effect on reality. I like the archangels, especially Sariel. It's cool how the cards can summon monsters, but that just makes Lord Lucifer a much more tough enemy. I even like the biblical references I don't get. I'm so upset that Kazu got kidnapped by a friend! Just like when Juubei was betraying him during the I.L. Arc! I really like Maria, she's bouncy and nice and smart. It's sad that Hevn's caught up in a mess again, fighting with the Getbackers. Ban's problem is that he doesn't accept that the cards are real.
I believe this is the first volume I ever purchased of the series. I was trying to find where the anime left off. Which actually this is about a storyline or so after the anime, for anyone needing to know. This is one of my favorite storylines as we get into a bit of Ban's history and we get to meet Maria and it involves tarot.
