Alice Oseman

This is as adorable as the graphic novels. Lovely illustrations, super easy and quick to colour. I'm really having fun with it.
The quality of the print could be better, though. The lines of the illustration that is on the other side of the page I'm working on will transfer to the page beneath, unless I put a sheet of paper in between (I'm using colouring pencils for this one). I've never experienced that with any of the other colouring books I own.

I don’t colour at all, but I got this when it came out anyways because I love Heartstopper so much. And I’ve had a great time with it! Super fun and cute!

This silly little coloring book SAVED me from losing my mind during a 10 hour-long train ride. There was a minor accident and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for an additional 4 hours at just 40 minutes from our destination. I had just finished the only physical book I had with me and I had no service to download purchased audiobooks.
So, I turned to this gem.
Oh, what a delight. I used alcohol markers to color this in during that trip and, subsequently, continued coloring in different pages throughout the year.
Now I have finished, and I’m so proud and grateful for the calm this book brought me, even if, this time, it wasn’t words that were comforting me, instead beautiful and dedicated art by a phenomenal artist.
So, I turned to this gem.

I love that I get to choose how the boys look and dress them up.
I was concerned about making sure I was getting everyone's skin tone right but I used Oseman's online coloured illustrations as reference.

Dziś mam coś zupełnie wyjątkowego dla fanów serii "Heartstopper" Alice Oseman, 📚❤️ a także dla osób kreatywnych, które swój wolny czas lubią spędzić z kredką, flamastrem czy pędzelkiem w ręku. 🖌🎨 "Heartstopper. Książka pełna twoich kolorów" to dodatek do wydanych już wcześniej komiksów, który jest... kolorowanką❗️😃
Historię Nicka i Charliego poznałam już jakiś czas temu i bardzo przypadła mi do gustu. ❤️ Bohaterowie urzekli mnie swoimi charakterami i niesamowicie ich polubiłam, dlatego bardzo trudno było mi się z nimi rozstawać. 😔 Na szczęście ta rozłąka nie musiała trwać zbyt długo, bo, ku mojemu wielkiemu zadowoleniu, ukazała się pozycja "Heartstopper. Książka pełna twoich kolorów"❗️🤩 Jest to komiks, który możemy pomalować, jak tylko dusza zapragnie. 😊 Co więcej, w niektórych miejscach znajdują się również puste "dymki", które możemy uzupełnić dowolnym tekstem. Według mnie, to super sprawa❗️😍
W środku kolorowanki znajduje się wiele scenek z życia Nicka i Charliego. 😊 Mamy również sporo tych z udziałem ich przyjaciół, czyli bohaterów drugoplanowych. 👍 Warto wspomnieć, że książka zawiera wiele kadrów, które wcześniej nie znalazły się w komiksach "Heartstopper". Yeah, I'm just starved for new 'Heartstopper' content until Volume Six comes out. I don't ever read or own colouring books. But it goes to show how much I love 'Heartstopper' that I would happily add 'The Heartstopper Colouring Book' to my fandom collection.
It truly is as adorable, sweet, wholesome, comfy, heartwarming and life-affirming as the comic series, and of course my favourite precious, wonderful, dear-hearted, soft and warm cinnamon roll couple, Nick and Charlie, are not the only characters focused on. Every character is lovely.
And Nick's dog, OMG!!!
I'm not sure I would actually colour anything in the book, nor write in some of the empty dialogue balloons. I think I'll just leave it, purely, as it is. But I'm sure the activity would be therapeutic, like reading the series is.
Alice Oseman is one of my favourite people in the world right now. Thank you, Alice, for bringing these comics and characters into this world, that desperately needs them.

Heartstopper is adorable and wonderful I ADORE it, so it hurts me to say but this colouring book is a bit useless. Unlike my favourite book colouring books there isn't a page to colour and a quote on the other side so if you want to use pencil it doesn't rub onto the other picture. The book isn't spaced properly. You might say just colour one side but then it looks ugly on the other side from the pencil rubbing. Or you colour both and all your hard work blends together. Or you use felt but the paper is barely thick enough to do that so you can see the felt through the page half the time.

Uwielbiam serię Heartstopper – komiksy i serial. Nie jestem jakąś mega fanką tych pierwszych, ale kiedy je poznałam, to po prostu przepadłam. Sama historia jest bardzo ciepła i po prostu życiowa, więc kiedy tylko pojawiają się jakieś dodatki, to z przyjemnością po nie sięgam.
Tym razem mamy…kolorowankę! Tak, dobrze czytacie! Nie dość, że możemy sami pokolorować swój komiks to w dodatku mamy też miejsca na dialogi – nic nie stoi nam na przeszkodzie, by stworzyć własną historię Nick’a i Charliego. Bardzo fajny pomysł, prawda?
